What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a best platform for the business.it is fast and reliable and securable. It's not allowing the duplicate people so everyone can easily use this platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightening experience could be broke and sometimes the conga is very slowly working but is good experience to work in the Salesforce with all these components
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the payment problems and financial force. Asperatonis very good to use for the revenue generation . A good experience for the customers to use Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Richness of reporting thanks to the east access to all customer data, not just those filtering in through sales channels. Improving our field sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally would be some more flexibility with how Salesforce Maps can be configured to enable Field Sales (for our specific use case)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field sales management at scale has been a problem for us, but we have the tools to better manage and track outcomes thanks to Sales Cloud. Reporting in general and good quality agent sales journeys are also a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is quick to use and cater most of the common use case out of the box. Starting from lead genertion to account, opportunity closure it has all the feautures that helps sales team and management. The reporting feature is great as well. Its easy to use, easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides as its best tool at the moment. But still improvements can be made on making the reporting better. We are happy customer who uses salesforce for most our business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better reporting with intutive ui. Its on cloud so save us from house keeping activities

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see where opportunities are easily and quickly is fantastic for the keeping over site of our pipeline consistent, timely and reactive.

Additionally the Governence stages for progressing bids is something that gives us great confidence in our future with salesforce products and having access to the right tools for maintaining our growth with a structured approach.

Can't wait to see what our trailblazing journey brings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the UI could do with some development with colour and alerts.

The pipeline overview having more customisable options would be fantastic .

How we these are minor things!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a massively split sales process, across multiple platforms and content types. As we grow with sales cloud we will become more effecient and consistent with our sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is the most used cloud and provide us the basic of any business like account, contact and opportunities. Basically the flow to every business is via Sales cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be more objects and their can be built in functionalities to sync OLI and QLI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to create lead seperately. I can create lead by just click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Salesforce Sales Cloud, I’ve come to appreciate the powerful capabilities it brings to my sales process. It has single-handedly transformed my approach to CRM by offering a suite of highly customizable features.

One aspect I absolutely love about Sales Cloud is the level of customization it offers. Its tools and dashboards are flexible, allowing me to tailor the CRM to fit the specific needs of my business. With it, I have been able to build a 360-degree view of my customers. This comprehensive view has been a game-changer, enabling me to understand and respond to my clients more effectively than ever before.

That being said, the complexity that comes with its flexibility could be daunting for new users, and it requires a learning curve. The pricing model can also be a bit high, especially for small businesses.

But overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud has brought considerable improvements to my business processes. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and customizable CRM solution, provided they’re prepared to invest time into learning its functionalities and afford the cost.

The learning curve however once past this, it's an amazing product

What do you like best about the product?
Features navigation, User Experience, Einstein to help you do the forecasting and pervasive Data model enables the seamless journey of a Sales personnel on Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with downstream systems is where Salesforce Sales Cloud can improve and leverage the features like Data cleansing, analytics to give a more insightful view of Sales Data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me navigate through my Sales opportunities, capture customer requirements, make data driven decisions and help deliver better customer expereince to all my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is easy to use and configure. I've been an end use mr for over a decade and an admin for 4+ years and it's an intuitive platform that helps organisations increase efficiency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any CRM, there are challenges with maintaining good quality data and user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps our sellers and pre-sales teams be more productive and gives our org a single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with existing service functionality that we've had for a while and the ability to bring together more services within the single platform. Mobile use also important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has been pricey for a local council to invest in and several hurdles to get budget approval. We also have challenges on bringing together different data sources and reconciling customer data sharing internally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're embarking on solutions for managing property sales and marketing , as well as lettings. Many processes will be managed and served by Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Not just a CRM but an easily configurable development platform. Always being innovated and developed on by Salesforce so you keep up with developments in mobile, AI etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a small investment and you have to be prepared to put the hours in to make it work for your business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together data from different systems to support the sales process - saving users time and giving them a single point of entry, and managers a single version of the truth
