What do you like best about the product?
The ability to enhance it and making salespeople's lives easier using automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes aren't customizable (ex. Lead conversion screen)

We enter our time and run our business with sales cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing for only viewers, or only access tomdashboards for C-Level users.

What do you like best about the product?
Not matter the organization sales cloud has the right tools to help customize the experience to get exactly what you need in and out of a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a lot if clicks to get somewhere you need or things are accessed in different spots
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is putting all of our client portfolio in o e place so we can forcast and plan sales strategies annually and get forward momentum

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is incredibly dynamic. Sales Cloud allows our organization to connect with stakeholders efficiently through multiple streams allowing our teams to remain productive and successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing objects will limit our platform from enabling certain newly developed and advanced solutions. This limits are ability to enforce the solutions and keeps us behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting supplier data as a one source of truth. Also allows us to create multiple platforms that suppliers can access and update their accounts or submit reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great tool that allows us to track our deal run from lead to lease. It has been an invaluable tool for our organization.

Sometimes the speed performance is a little slow

What do you like best about the product?
Customization is so easy. It's a great tool to help our sales team. I love the new fearures constantly being added.
The trailhead learning trails are an awesome way to learn and I always recommend it to friends to help them have a better career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support is a little slow but once you know what to expect it's not bad. I always end up with R&D type issues and always have to start with the beginner support reps 1st.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a global company with hundreds of users. Making things easy for them to find all their relevant information about a customer is priority

None. Many objects need to be created. Reporting is difficult across multiple objects
