What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all things in our system organized for each department under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the mobile version. There's much data and the screen is too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

How Sales Cloud gave value to my sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are automated notifications and emails sent when my sales team completes a task or clicks a button. We can sent automated emails based on different actions. We can send automated emails to our customers from each opportunity that allows it to seem personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the adoption and the ease of use can be overhwelming to the sales team. Lightning doesn't have the recent items side panel. The transition to lightning has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our sales team to view historical information on a customer. We can analyze key information we might have missed to help the sales team with their next approach toward a customer.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a platform or foundation on which the entire end to end business can operate. The name leads the uninformed to think of it as "just a CRM", or just a tool for sales people. The reality is it just the beginning. From marketing through to operations and finance, literally every business functionality is available through this platform without any middleware or coding. This ability to future proof the digital systems of a business, on one platform, is a truly game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the sales process of the Salesforce licenses themselves does not engender long term relationship trust. In fact, it actually works against it. Obviously, sales persons have to hit their targets, but twenty years in this ecosystem suggests that unless you really know the products, you will save significant time and money by engaging a guide to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to see every touchpoint and interaction with clients and prospects in real time. Besides the ability to proportionately respond to events throughout the sales process, effective coordination of remote project teams is made possible post sale and throughout the engagement.
The ease of having everything all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I find it amazing how you can store all your data in one place. We are able to do so much of what we need in Salesforce. The saying is true for us, if it is not on Salesforce, it doesn't count.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Salesforce is always innovating and bringing so much automation is so impressive. There is nothing I can truly say I dislike. Yes, there is always room for improvement, but not enough to say there is something I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of our data in one place. From contacts, files, and so much more. Not relying on Excel sheets is amazing! Reports are extremely useful for us to help keep track of everything.
Sales Cloud has Transformed Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive customer journey storage. Completely customizable for our unique business model
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are redundant, clunky, or missing but it's constantly improving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our one system of record for our customer journey from lead to completed wedding. Before we stored data in 4 different places and had to rely on the teams to do a lot of copying and pasting resulting in ineffciency, data loss, and human error.
Always adding value to an already valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has always been the gold standard for CRMs. What is amazing is they don't stop there. They are always looking at ways to make great even greater.
Biggest plus is it so dang easy. Our team is mostly seasoned professionals with 20+ years experience. Salesforce makes it easy for me to show the team the value in using the tool. I don't have to resort to beating the drum. Salesforce does that for me.
Biggest pluses for is creating and sharing relevant reports and dashboards. At least once a week I get a request to tweak a report so for a user. This means that they are using the tool. For me that means better data.
I am so excited to show the team how the new AI features will make them more successful.

I don't know what I don't know. I need to find the right channel to learn more from my peers. I just learned about Salesblazer and can't wait to try it.
One improvement? Make it easy to show null values on reports. I can see how much pipeline the reps have. But I can't see those that have $0 pipeline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the mystery out of forecasting. Forecasting problems are people errors, which I can fix. But having it the tool and not Excel is manna!
Value not cost
What do you like best about the product?
The first negative thing I ever hear about Salesforce is it expensive and the honest answer is yes it is. But the reality is you get exactly what you pay for you get the top-tier tools in the ecosystem that accomplish all of your businesses needs, and then some. The tool is constantly evolving, constantly changing and improving to stay competitive and keep you and your business competitive. Sales cloud provides everything and anything you need to truly ramp up your business value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is incredibly complicated, robust, and expensive. It will take a significant amount of money to bring on Salesforce, and even more to learn how to use it. But again, at the end of the day the value is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesforce, we would live in a world of Excel sheets that got lost or confused and have minimal security at Best. Sales and Salesforce pulled all of that into one.

What do you like best about the product?
Earlier our customers used to visit multiple systems to view sales information but with sales cloud everything is brought under one umbrella which brings amazing insights At finger tips to make some quick decisions at dealership visits
What do you dislike about the product?
Still figuring out a lot of things . The integration with CRMA and visualizations working on Mobile as opposed to desktop needs improvements

Helping us gain more insights to our sales reps on leads , approvals , dealer demographics , product performances and region sales analytics
Best way to gain insights and drive sales
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to see how your business is doing in real time. Gain insights for to drive sales improvements and drive efficiency for your sales and sales ops team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a native and easy solution find and remove large amounts of duplicate data.
