What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has allowed us to build custom processes for 2 different business streams and gives us the ability to scale our business needs by providing automated solutions, ease of customization and user friendly architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their are unique use cases that sometimes require clunky workarounds for simple solutions.
Building custom junction objects for one to many relationships can get confusing for admins and end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is giving us the ability to track multiple business processes within a unified platform where we can easily report holistically across our organization.

Oppportunity management, leads and contacts tie into marketing cloud and we can deliver insights to Tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Data integrations from other tools

What do you like best about the product?
In Sales cloud we are able to enter all our leads in one location, and assign the opportunities to our sellers to follow up with potential new sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have it's limitations which can cause more development and setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the leads and opportunities, and user /customer information in one location. We’re also able to integrate leads from our main website and they import into Salesforce for our Sales team to follow up on.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using sales cloud for our lead management and marketing as well. This has helped us manage our new and existing customers and track any new or existing opportunity renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud should provide an email to lead feature as well similar to email to case feature, that is available today with service cloud product. This would also help us in generating leads through a different channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Tracking sales representative activities.
2. Managing accounts, leads and opportunities.
3. Saving time by sending email reminders regarding follow up with customers

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce revolutionized the way of capturing customers and formed a 360-degree solution for the company's sales. From the moment they arrive as a prospect, they become a customer, a sales opportunity is generated, the sale is invoiced, and after a year, they can be located to continue working on after-sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, implementing Salesforce was a bit difficult for all users to understand, but after realizing the benefits and ease of use, everyone started using the tool and strengthening. And we presented a better face to the clients by being able to contact them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multiple systems that were used for the entire sales process were removed, and Salesforce was implemented as the only tool for all dealers for the sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Awesome Featureset to enable sales and account management personas. high adoption feature for us is pipeline inspection combining pipeline management with increased focus on data hygene, opp reliability and better forecasting, the teams loves it
What do you dislike about the product?
Alot of seperste disbursed sub products and feature and confusing license structured
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined CRM view around pipeline managmemt, activity tracking that enables forecasting and deal planning

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables our internal customers to provide up to date information to our external customers in a timely fashion. We then can take their data and create a single source of truth for data and sales maximization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I do not have a dislike of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a common platform of clean data to allow our organization a means to track new business along with the cross-selling opportunities with current customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps the Sales Department to convert qualified Leads to opportunities and to Qualifying unqualified Marketing Leads. Ist also Supports uploading Businesses data to generate Leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ist is all working well. Lightning licenses are very extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Business is Bringing Exhibitors to pur Trade Fairs. We use the data for marketing and all Sales Units at the Same time. This Makes Business very produktive.
