Best value CRM for your sales team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the product to meet the specific needs of your sales process. As the process grows and matures it's easy to keep evolving inhe platform. When coupledLaa a a with tools like MCE and Slack - my sales team is super producing Croce and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a village. The more you do, the more you want to do. It becomes harder and harder to do yourself. It's important to have access to a good partner that can help you with advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce give us visibility to our pipeline and serves as a great productivity tool for helping out teams communicate. Our business has increased because we can see and understand the key metrics for our sales. If we can track them we can drive them.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes doing my job so much easier, and they are actively trying to make it even easier for us every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
they've actually been addressing any issues that i used to have. I'm really impressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's saving the customers time annd our employees time by getting their answers without having to wait for an employee with their ai.
Sales Cloud best Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sales cloud as it is driving productivity so much. I love how the data is displayed in an intuitive way. That is also why I recommend it to friends and family. Quotas, Accounts etc are becoming so easy to catch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would change but if I could have a wish it would be that different methods for web to lead are possible. Some customers declined that opportunity as they were not satisfied with the technical solution and data transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that the Sales Cloud is showing all amounts and revenues in reports. It's super efficient for the C level to be on track! I also like that that the people can work on the same accounts, contacts etc. it is super nice!
Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce sales cloud comes preloaded with a very common needs for automating the sales process. But then it's also very flexible in adding customization which the Salesforce customization tools are always evolving and getting better with every update. Updates are three times a year and many updates include items voted on current business partners for what they'd like to see and updates. It's an excellent relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the campaigns in the sales cloud did not tie to campaigns in the marketing cloud. They really need to work together in layers so that we don't have to build out customization in the sales cloud for many things that are already available in the marketing cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that it's a central location to record all of our sales activity and be able to gauge which sales staff need some coaching and which ones are working on more complicated deals. Instead of each individual or even each department working on separate spreadsheets but then have to be combined and analyzed. Salesforce does that for you.

Simplification of the features giving the various touch points on the dashboard

Customer insights/data gathering and x-business opportunities/tracking. It's opening up new opportunities live

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the best CRM in the world. It is extremely intuitive to build automations in and easy for users to use. There is not better CRM out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud. It is sometimes tough keeping up with all the new enhancements being released but that is ultimately a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving is helping keep our sales individuals organized and focuses on meeting and exceeding their sales goals. It's helps increase sales performance.

Sometimes the data structure can be complex

Customer data that is not stored online in a cloud.
World Class Product With Limitless Potential
What do you like best about the product?
There isn't much that Salesforce Sales Cloud can't do. I've seen it used in small businesses to improve processes and get out of spreadsheets as well as at the largest companies in the world with the most complexity. The flexibility is what I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the market leader Salesforce pricing is at a premium. Pricing structure can sometimes be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to standardize our processes across multiple lines of business. With Salesforce we can quickly adapt the system to support business processes and take advantage of opportunities.
