It's a whole platform rather than any other CRM tool

Quoting is pretty basic. Anything else is pretty much an add-on or coding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking custome. Tracking all the conversation. with little bit of sales discipline I can actually see the whole conversation timeline.

Being able to organise requests amongst my team

Sometimes it adds additional workload to quick takes. But this is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits it brings

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a lot of tickets from many teams. We use it to track each ticket and categorise them into areas so we can analyse and prioritise each request. We can also see tickets when others are offline

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everytbing is there at the touch of a button. I am new to salesforce and everytbing is so user friendly. I am enjoying learning about salesforce cloud.

Nothing I can think of so far. Everything is easy to use and I'm finding all the features I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many issues for us. One thing it helps with is forecasting, allowing us to track communications with potential clients as leads, being able to book from salesforce into our internal planning systems

What do you like best about the product?
SoundCloud makes it easy for our account executives to manage expectations. It is also easy to administer with a certified salesforce administrator. This makes a very simple to use overall and wholisticly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the configuration of the salesforce sales cloud, there can be many clicks that the end user has to go through to achieve a simple outcome. But with the right salesforce certified administrator, this can be overcome.

Who sells for sales cloud allows you to manage their workflow in a streamlined manner. This leads to more productivity and working with the customer versus fighting with the process.

Really enjoyed the use of dynamic dashboards and reporting to provide real time insights of sales data and resource management.

Downsides of the platform were the lengthy time it took to upskill managers to create reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
It has eased up our sales journey. We are at Health Insurance world, have recently started using Salesforce OOTB Sales cloud and Marketing cloud and the experience has veen awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still to find one. As we are very new sales cloud. We have started using Leads, Opportunity and Quite from Salesforce for maintaining our day to day sales activities.

Sales journey with Quote generation and versioning with its vanila features are great.

Some of the great features have an extra price tag on them which makes it difficult if you are a dmaller business

I am able to manage my team in more productive way... all data is available in one platform. I don't have to struggle with different crms or files.

Sometimes we can do much innovations in standard and have to go for customisation. This becomes a dependency

I am ablevto see live data of my team when ever required. I don't have to be dependent on anyone for visibility of my sales stats

Too easy for developers to customise and over complicate. It would be better to be able to lock it down more
