What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud help us the way we work better!!
I really appreciate the way that Salesforce help our account manager to find the right information in the correct time!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!! I really like the way that sales cloud works!' Now with the artificial intelligence era, the way Salesforce is improving the quality is awesome!!!!!!!!

Salesforce help our team to track all opportunities they are working. The benefits for our company is the way we can track how the opportunities are and improve better results

What do you like best about the product?
Business forecasting and opportunity pipelines. I am able to get a pulse of where we are heading and where we are at when it comes to existing relationships and new relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity requirements. I wish there was a way to draft relevant information for on the road employees that can create drafts or a localized version of information that they need to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand planning and forecasting. It helps us asses our current relationships and see how we can continue to foster existing relationships and pay attention to new ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sales Cloud provides a single view of all customer data. This has help my userstrack their progress and identify opportunities more easily. I also like that Salesforce Sales Cloud has automated lead generation and qualification features. This has saved us time on repetitive tasks, so our sales teams can focus on closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into issues that we dislike. Anything not directly met has been met via easy customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single source view of all our pipelines, prospects, and wins. Plus a complete view of our client lifecycle from prospect to finish.

How it keeps out sales team in check with automations without any hassles and back and forths across teams

Would love to use teams and not use slack

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation features and new AI insights like flow and Einstein Conversational insights. I think the unlimited edition pays for itself overtime by increasing productivity and reducing overhead for manual processes we replaced with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve most users have and the cost of implementation partners. We want more to be available GA and not as add ons when possible to avoid increasing the total cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with customers in a timely basis before they lose interest while they are still engaged with our marketing features. Automation reduces manual steps too.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great platform to improve sales, has great in-built tools such as Forecasting, AI to boost sales, and has all modern API's to support integration with literally any external system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish lightning user interface is much better, and also speed In lightning has to be improved

It helps in tracking our sales rep interaction with customers, and assit with customer queries and making sure all our customers are receiving proper attention
