It can be configured to meet your requirements for any size Organization and is reasonable for a CRM platform.

Sometimes the licensing fees can get pricey for the nicer features.

Sales Cloud is the most versatile CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce's Sales Cloud is how verstile and flexible it is as a platform solution. I have seen it effectively used in HLS, Finincial Services, and even Nonprofits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides to Sales Cloud is when you have to start getting too custom. Once OOB functionality doesn't fit and you know the solution would have a challenge scaling, you'd want to look to other Salesforce Cloud solutions (such as Health Cloud, etc.) to better meet the specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking our business from Leads to Opportunities to closed deals and continuing on through current and past clients. So easy to see the 360 view relationship with our customers.

It makes it very easy to have all contact , lead readily available

What do you like best about the product?
Completely customizable landing place for customer details, and seller performance. I love using it as a platform for my seller one-ones, insuring we are on track and gaining Market Share.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult for some sellers to adopt. Some functions are complicated for those who struggle with technology resources. This can be overcome with repetition and manager engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping of our customer relationships was absent before Salesforce. It has created a place for sellers to capture their account goals and manager their relationships as well as their sales.

It is so easy to customize that you can do it without much knowledge and there are so many ways what you can achieve extra

Offline mode would be helpful for our sales reps

I like how all fields are reportable. We have external tools / processes that also integrate into the platform with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks and Activiites can be labor intensive to upkeep and not a lot of re-built dashboards to help visualize the intended business cases behind using this functionality.

Getting visibility to the sales process across all account team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is the central hub for all Sales data - it allows our business to track, forecast, and align on all Sales information to report KPIs throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be slightly complex and requires Salesforce technical resources to build advanced workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep track of everything in one place. Information is stored in Salesforce as the system of record which saves a lot of time when summarizing information.
