What do you like best about the product?
The ability to harness the power of various new products and be able to have access ability to the newest things happening in salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes things and features that are in sales cloud that are available in other instances like govcloud that could help me other account

Streamlining the ability to beat serve our customer base and their needs when contacting the department

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of benefits to using Sales cloud. The biggest being the ability to shorten the sales cycle while boosting productivity. The additional benefits of reporting and forecasting are essential to peak performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having inaccurate or insufficient data has been challenging when the Sales team uses this functionality. Along with this, the transition and learning curve of Salesforce has required lots of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling the Sales team to have access to more information while being independent and as a result requiring less support from the admins who help support the Sales cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sales cloud is easy to use and efficient. Our previous CRM we struggled with our data and the Sales reps didn't like how cumbersome the product was.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love sales cloud but I wish the UI was a little more updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use is a big factor also the ability to segment our data with in Sales cloud is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Right from lead to opportunity closure process. Very streamlined and easy to use and build. Data privacy and sales team collaboration at same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculating and viewing forecasting and revenue recognition can be simplified. Ability to aggregate and see what I am likely to get this month, this quarter etc easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking process, easy to collaborate with team and report on revenue, pipeline. My sales meetings are driven using the reports from
Sales cloud, I monitor progress and decide next actions based on that.

It is a one stop shop for everything. I love all the new things with little to no code.

Sometimes it can run slow. It doesn't always give a clear error message.
