Sales Cloud brought out my innovation

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud gives me as an accidental admin a creative and innovative way to help improve company business processes as well every day users a way to successfully manage their day to day activities. It provides me as an admin a way to evolve my skills, creativity and challenges me to think outside the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes not enough resources to provide building a great product or some common functionality is left out that other systems provide and I need to create a work around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beginning to provide a more automated system for users that allows the company to gather more informed feed back from its users that has been an issue in the past

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales teams can easily manage their pipelines and customer interactions, while our executives can report seamlessly with real-time data on what the reps are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of code needed for triggers like email sends, etc. I would like it to have more functionality without a developer being needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a full overview of our companies sales metrics and forecasting for us to drive our business. It gives us one solid place to host all customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce started as a CRM, but now it is a data platform that connects all kinds of data.
With the advent of Einstein, AI evolved to deliver results 5 years ago, but now it's 2023 and with the advent of generative AI, Marc Benioff has decided to invest in it!
Salesforce, which had already integrated AI with its Einstein product, seems to be smoothly integrating generative AI as well.
This is an evolution that could benefit everyone.
This is a glimpse into the world beyond the no-code that Salesforce has been strongly promoting so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce is the way it's named.
Pardot is no longer replaced by the nondescript name Account Engagement
It is also named after other companies' services. And the name is too long to begin with.
It is a mediocre name with long letters. This branding strategy needs to be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesforce, we were not managing our budget well at all.
But with Salesforce, every action is recorded, every deal is made, and the forecasting works.
The business is now running well according to the business plan. This is a credit to our Salesforce implementation.

The ease of moving from all the cycles of sales. We can move from leads, to opportunities, to building a book of business.

There are remnits of old classic that is jarring from the overall experience

What do you like best about the product?
CRM Salesforce is the best, your cloud the sales is very simple the use how final user sales. I love sales cloud for yours capabilities Y now more fine with Einstein GPT
What do you dislike about the product?
I not like the administration the licensed for user, license forbpermission set, license for limits or storage, ideal any one edition for all products for cloud product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring, lead assignment, lead qualified, opportunity path sales, opportunity sales team, create quote pdf, unified sales & customer data, product capabilities.

Great CRM with customization

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to conform it for what our organization needs. We have a lot of different departments with different wants and needs. Salesforce allows us to exceed stakeholder expectations while keeping data accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more customization when it comes to reporting. I think there is still some room to grow there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going through the entire sales pipeline and tracking the entire lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform features an advanced user interface that remains straightforward and accessible for salespeople.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific complaints, but I do wish that the license fees could be optimized on an individual basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business negotiation information that was previously managed by individuals can now be managed centrally across the company, making management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud provides the ability to enable CRM functionality quickly for a business to track all of their leads, prospects, customers, and. opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is easily configurable and does not require a developer. Salesforce has trailhead that will help any team to implement and deliver Sales Cloud. Love that included in sales cloud for many customers is Inbox to integrate to email app and other advantaced functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is enabling our sales teams to track their pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of business driven objects and functionality supports a very versatile healthcare SF org (celebrating our 20 year anniversary). We sell a wide range of products and sales cloud makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption of our Sales users, outdated technology that seems to be forgotten about. Better ways needed to drive adoption for sales reps who don't have time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our company's source of truth, heavy use of opportunity management with the addition of CPQ makes selling, quoting and managing selling efforts a breeze.
