What do you like best about the product?
Ability for external customers to interact with the system such as partners wishing to submit contracts or 3rd party operations. The product has been user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that caused a delay in being able to get started was the inability to view functionality on an ad hoc basis through videos. Inability to view out of the box functionality before starting development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for crm that is standardised as much as possible and supportable. Also needed to be externally facing for 3rd parties to be able to utilise when needed
The efficiency gains are MASSIVE
What do you like best about the product?
For my user case, the customisation of profiles & appointment scheduling has been a life saver. Also the ability to integrate custom, in-house platforms has been the core reason we went with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui to be honest is a little old school. The admin part can be a little clunky and take a while to get use to. Our stakeholders especially were put off by the way of school look
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to trim our appointment creation time down from 12 mins to under 2. It means we can spend more time making calls and appointments and an increase in LTV
A CRM that scale my business
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce salescloud helped us to scale our business and to create more transparency in our sales department. The. app exchange is a great idea and you can easily add new apps to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an awesome tool. Sometimes I would like to have more AI out of the box included in the standard package. It's helpful and should be included in a modern system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, collaboration with experts, opportunity management, lead nurturing and much more. It's a comprehensive CRM and I like the connection to slack and other Salesforce products.

What do you like best about the product?
Click and drag Feature, great User interface, with great features that Automate Business process. More so, the continous improvement of the system is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. Except that sometimes, people complain about the price of the license

Salesforce optimise business processes by reducing or eliminating manual processes and then, with the power of AI, predict customer's behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud us a great platform. We use the product in our logistics customer service department. It gives great visibility of the customer journey with us. Allows clear and positive interation with the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a lot to learn. This is not a negative but a view of how useful and positive the system can be to ensure it is fully utilised. The more you use the more options they are to improve the journey for the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete single view of the customer journey within the logistics department. Allows a clear view and will be enhanced in future to allow complaints and telephony to be connected.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows you to manage all your leads through to opportunity and completion on the Cloud. Great out of the box features with many ways to configure and enhanced. Best tool out there

Nothing I can think of. As administrator, consultant and end user just a great tool

End to end journey of leads through to opportunity and quote (and further) all in the cloud

It's the best solution. It's given our customers an amazing journey. Allows customisability superior to any other CRM

Everything is an added cost. Often in a board room meeting we are asked "can I do this in Salesforce" and the response is usually yes but with an added module ...

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is the future of sales, easy accessed data of your clients. Leads are easy to monitor and chase. And in general salesforce is awesome, with the new data cloud i think its the future of sales
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say here, so far it has been a very good experience. Obviously duplicated data is a contant struggle. But iverall its a great tool and i strongly recokmend to try it

Helps me with sales journeys. I manage my sales leads, funnel efficiently. Keeps me orgonised, i love it. Stored data and is easy access. I dont know what else to add

Highly customisable with deep and wide integration with SaaS or natively developed applications. -Allows you to produce very detailed reports to track your own activity and history. Which can also be used by management to track team progress and activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is considered to be on the higher end for smaller businesses. Because it's such a complicated platform, it can be difficult for end users to understand how to use it

Salesforce has been useful in performing analysis of client contracts. It allows you to channel all the data of clients and potential clients in one place. This has helped increase business performance considerably.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, various functions, always innovating to keep up with the newest introductions within the technology world. Especially their inclusion of new AI features

Nothing I can fault with, no problems with us

Allowing us to seperate our customers, see their activity and engagement levels. We can easily see our email perfomance by segment and to test our ideas and easily see results
