Continual innovations to the platform and keeping ahead of the industry, staying an industry leader in CRM. Loving the new advancements with AI at #df23!!

Can be difficult to learn, can have a long ramp up time

If your processes and configurations aren't documented. It does get overwhelming

The reporting and tracking our sales targets on weekly basis is what I loved the most.

We want to have more of native document generation.

Everything sales really. We extensively track our sales team performance both inside and outside sales..deal management is also done on CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of controls, data, approvals, forecasting, dashboards, and even the interface give you so much power to lift up your sales team to provide more meaningful consistent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm surprisingly, many features are locked behind paid upgrades or additional apps but with enough ingenuity with developers and strong administrators you can build your own solutions as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and forecasting sales along with all of the controls needed in the sales process. It provide easy to build dashboards, metrics, Google rules, configurators, all with no or low code implementation.

It is all connected! I can see al me data on my home page and act on it

Lot of clutter/noise sometimes might be distracting from main tasks

I get multiple leads from multiple sources within the firm. I can rent the leads and act on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our organization stay organized and on top of our sales game. It helps continually track leads, log and prepare for meetings, and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Salesforce Saled Cloud. I think it has everything we need to be successful in our industry and with our clients. There are no improvements I have in mind.

Automating emails, email templates, logging meetings, tracking clients, tracking opportunities, utilizing my time effectively, documenting all aspects of prospects and contacts
