What do you like best about the product?
s a comprehensive CRM platform that has revolutionized the way our team approaches sales and customer relations. Some standout features include Opportunity Tracking, which has streamlined the way we manage sales leads, and robust automation tools that have saved us countless hours on repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
he licensing and additional features can quickly become expensive, especially for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Add-ons and integrations, although powerful, can also add to this cost burden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kpi, following and performance of sales teams. We use everyday and have all interaction an comercial activities in CRM. Is very usefull and create new measure for our company

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud helpes us to streamline our sales process as well as for our customers. Lead, campaign , opportunity management along with inbuilt flows with copilot are really beneficial now
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration capabilities are limited. Not good integration with marketing cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It give a standardize single platform for all off our sales needs . The customer 360 on a single screen helps to get a better view of customer. The AI and Analytics helps a lot to make decisions

What do you like best about the product?
It allows sales staff to easily record, interact with, and gather metrics on clients as well as potential clients. It also meaningfully connects them to other departments in their organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing for a seasoned sales staff member to navigate. Often times these individuals are on the road and can sparsely make technological interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a complete view of customer data in every aspect that they interact with our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
An application that is built for both low to no coders, and coders alike. The flexibility given is huge. Application also does a great job of helping to guide your Sales team to success
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration I would say isn't application wise
More of a documentation stand point. It can be confusing and contradictory at times. Leverage your community assets in these instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows users to leverage one application to drive productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that is complete platform, and the possibility that we have of using just one platform to solve any issues in our business is fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, confidence and adaptibilty this crm gives is uncomparable. We have been using the Sales Cloud since quite some time now and our sales have gone up. We now have better visibility in our sales team work which helps in increasing efficiency. Fully recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it was missing the AI capabilities earlier. But now with the addition of AI features it is just the perfect one.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, config based functionality is great, the SOQL query function is also easy to use compare to traditional DB. There is also a community supporting questions and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface can be a little confusing for some users, for example, Microsoft Dynamics has a more compact layout and less navigation through pages. Customization can be a little difficult to manage overtime, and Flow can be difficult to manage overtime as well. Wish there is a more intelligent based suggestions for developer to manage rhe development work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer connection, customer management, producing intelligent results for management and other users. Users are able to manage the majority of the data on the same platform so that was a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the greatest things that i love is the the "magic" of relationships. With this, we can have all the information related to almost any record that we want. It allows us to get the info without clicking and clicking and clicking.
The other thing that I Love is the user experience, it is simple and intuitive. I work with another platform and it is not friendly at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the standard quotes format, I think it would be better and more customizable.
Y think too, leads will allow at least create a master relationship with opportunity products, it will help a lot to convert al lead with a product or products assigned to the opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Default lookups values, that will be amazing.
With Data cloud, I'm going to be able to get the information instantly independent of the cloud that information is available.
I don't work with mulesoft, but the integration with oracle can be interesting for me, because we use it to

For the moment everything is good, a user-friendly platform that allows you to have a complete view of the business and see the pipeline of opportunities and upcoming deals, truly fascinating.
