What do you like best about the product?
Automation of business processes, contact account information, communication automation through Chatter. Customer campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having some of the case functionality out of the box like service crowd
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with customers without having to use email

Transparency across business lines. Executives love the simplicity and ease of use for pipeline monitoring and identification of efficiencies to support capex

Expensive. But we can almost always support the business case as we look to tap into additional capabilities and services.

It enables faster management of leads- creating a nimble sales team. My bankers can access it in the go without laptops and mobile is the only instance they can use while travelling

Our organization sees SalesForce as a micromanagement tool- so banker adoption has slow- but we have a few champions that are turning the tide on that sentiment

Semms expensive at first, but after a successful go live its worth the money

What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I have to follow a disciplined process but realize this is what is needed. Some gaps I believe will get fixed, knowing we get updates thrice a year.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides comprehensive support for our sales team and sales leaders and gives us the reporting and analytical tools to provide insights and funnel visibility to our commercial leadership. It's also constantly evolving to provide additional value to our sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't identify 'downsides', my only concern is that there are so many tools and resources within Sales Cloud that I know that we are not taking advantage of all of value that Sales Cloud could provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM houses and helps us manage our entire sales function. It is our single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud aligns very closely with elevating our company's B2B sales strategy. The plethora of data points makes it easier to make data informed decisions that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great product but could use improvement in integrating and ingesting data from external data sources outside of the ecosystem. I am personally looking forward to seeing the evolution of the Data Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables the team to view and manage our merchants from prospect to customer. This allows us the ability to see the various interactions to subsequently manage and improve the merchant experience.

As our team scales the solution can be a bit costly.
