Sales cloud helps in providing a cloud solution for sales and that to in a secure medium and thus simplifies bussinee needs by providing an efficient sales solution

The detail on trailhead for Sales Cloud are not clearly defined. Even the videos & community articles are not providing complete descriptive information about Sales Cloud

As we are considering Sales Cloud for sales engagement activities, thus it will help in simplifying the sales process within the organization and will help in effective lead to opportunities conversion by maintaining transparency at all levels

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an easy to use CRM saas which eases your sales process with pre built sales processes. And it also helps to boost your sales by providing tools to monitor your sales performance with the help of reports and dashboards. It also helps in automate some process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is quite a bit costly and sometimes governer limits also cause the performance to slow. Alsp it needs specialized training for the users to use the sales cloud and understand it's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in handling large amount of data very efficiently with batches and queueables. It helps to automate process with flows and approval processes. We can also customize our process according to our requirements with point to click tool

The analytical and reporting feature provided by the it benefits the sales team to make well informed decision. The decisions made by the team are well organized and suited to the customer's requirements.

For customer-specific requirements, the customer must make significant modifications in the sales force cloud, which becomes tedious. Moreover, it is essential to take in consideration the technical resources.

The product directly helps tackle critical business situations, and the customer support provided is up to the mark, providing easy and early solutions, also helps solving daily problemds related to customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using the sales force CRM for quite some time now and so far the tool has been extremely helpful. Not only has it helped us manage our leads but enhanced the customer contact management for us and automated and streamlined the workflow for the team as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though I love how everything is built in for us and very little customization is required for the system to work seamlessly, some operators have trouble navigating the program. Also, massive data inputs have caused the system to lag once or twice. The search function and user interface could both use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software handles everything from lead scoring to funneling potential leads for us. We use the sales force CRM to track sales prospects and interaction between the sales team and clients. All thanks to the software we can easily create a dashboard to help the stakeholders better understand the current business stats. It also keeps us on track with our daily activities and reminds us of the upcoming schedules.

One of the easiest and most optimized platform to use. The features in the salesforce and it's support system are truly remarkable. The platform makes is it easy manage all the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. I can do all the things I need on it. The updates provided by the support team has left nothing to dislike to about the platform.

It gives amazing lead management tools which has increased sales productivity in our company. Great Analytics provided by Salesforce helped us optimized our approach to the target audience. End-to-end sales are just easy with it.

It is beneficial for a user who wants to sale his product in the market as it make the sales process much easier and help the user to provide the best experience to the customer using predefined sales process. It provides support at each steps of selling a product i.e from marketing to customer care support sales cloud have easy and handy way of doing things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly there is nothing I dislike about sales cloud but yes it can be considered that It needs specialised training for a user to understand the full process of the sales cloud and the sandbox provided with the production org are slow and have low space which makes it difficult to develop and test using bulk data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it was a difficult task to create a product which can efficiently handle the sales process which indcules generating an opportunity ,find customers to buy it, quoting an amount and that handle the whole process from invoicing to shipping but now sales cloud provides a standard process for sales of product and if we need to customise our sales process then the customisation is easily possible with point and click tool. Also it's easy to track the sales performance with easy to create report and dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very amazing and simple tool business can use to improve their sales and revenue, it can be easily configured according to specific business solutions, and sales cloud have many products like CRM, CPQ etc which can really help user in their sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, but when there is api version difference then error is not occure in good maner which is hard to debug and resolve, global component can not be deleted

It is easy to configure and has some general sales functionality that allows for quicker implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different products in the SF family, Sales cloud NEEDS to have the Analytics included in the product instead of it being a catalog of add on's that continue to increase the cost. It gives an overall bad perception of the tool when we have to continually ask for additional budget to be able to provide the basic expected analytics in a corporate environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to create a single sales process that gives a better look at the pipeline, and our customers and allows for better cross-selling. It also is supporting our sales professionals in providing an easier tool that can be used on the go to capture the insights that we need to be able to provide the level of service that our customers deserve.

It helps in managing all needs of the customer at one place and it allows us to customize everything according to customer individaul needs and it has pre built features for customers that want to use existing functionality which provide all buisness perspectives.

Sales cloud is costly in terms of buying licences and maintaing them. Also sometimes the featues take a lot of time to implement which is a tedious job to do.

It provides automation tools to allow faster and easy ways of automating functionalities, It helped me to allow introducing complex automation featues which are done by sales cloud very easily.
