What do you like best about the product?
We can store all customers data at one place to analyse sales and customer feedback.It also provide prebuild feature or tools for sales.we can also marketing our products with sales cloud. It is analyse customers and provide its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce cloud is costly in terms of buying licence and also there are some limitations like storage, cpu and production is not same as development environment

It is easier to customise based on product.it provide prebuild feature and tools so,we do not need to higher more developers for developing product using sales cloud.

One potential drawback or I can say setback of Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is its pricing structure, which is relatively high another one I can say Sometimes it's bit difficult to connect Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite with other systems or applications. The process of setting up these connections can be complex and may require technical knowledge or help from Salesforce support

It solves various sales-related challenges such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales process automation and some of the benefits are improved efficiency, streamlined workflows, enhanced customer engagement, and better visibility into sales activities, leading to increased productivity and revenue growth

If we take Line Editor -> place where you can find needed information about quote/products; opportunity to modify displayed fields;

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the one of the greatest and best customer relationship maagement software, it has a lot of usefull features and easy to use, in Salesforce you can integrate a lot of usefull features which is important to work with your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is too high for a small company. Also, it will be better if the UI will better to see and beautiful. Everything else is good

We are a digital bank, and we are using Salesforce to manage our customers, their accounts and sales information. Salesforce is a useful and powerful application.

The only thing I dislike is the amount of things that are connected between each other in "mysterious " ways, which might be annoying on Friday night

Ease of learning with free trailhead courses. The product offerings are quite useful for most of the standard CRM needs. The custom configuration make it business-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the business needs are hard to configure that require development to implement. Also the pricing is also high for the standard CRM solutions, which limits small businesses to opt Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in better management of sales team and prioritizing good leads. The sales person has all data available to interact with clients and the management has visibility over team's performance.

It's very structured and user friendly and provide multiple features at one place , also the third party integration makes it best as it makes it easy to fulfill the requirements and also reduces gap between client and product

It's response time is a little bit slow also the support team is not very helpful and it takes too many days to resolve a small issue, and there also multiple processes to get help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the gap between client and product and also it's so easy to understand for a non technical person too. It's third party integration solves many issues that we were facing earlier in integrating the third party

Education/training at onboarding could have been more robust. There were services we use now (and can't live without) that we didn't enable until a few months in.

The ability to configure it to match my business needs. Specifically around the post sale customer experience. Being able to track, report, and visualize key activities (outside of a true sales cycle) is clutch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its requires a lot of skill to configure and setup. If we didnt have an onstaff admin or a partner to support us, it would be hard to make the tool work like we need it.
