What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Sales Cloud is being able to collect so many data points that help us make intelligent business decisions. Having departments across the org be able to access info in real time has enabled us to optimize our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see less apps and integrations and have more exist natively in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us accurately forecast so we can learn where strength ls and weaknesses lie so that we can course correct quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most intelligent System of Secord for our Sales, marketing and service. Plus we had to integrate it with a third party service SaaS, and thanks to the lighning cor platform, we have a seemless integration. we hve also seamlessly integrated with Quickbooks online thanks to G2Technologies integration package
What do you dislike about the product?
Its challengeing to get up and running, ideally we'd have AI based systems to help onboard our proepl and data as rapidly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salecloud has helped us move from disparate salases, marketing, servioce and revenue systems and processes into a unified integrated system. we have accelareted our busines velocity expoentially thanks to Salescloud.
Sales cloud has been a GameChanger!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game changer for my organization. Before, we managed our sales processes via multiple platforms and untold spreadsheets. Sales Cloud has allowed our sellers to convene and do their work in one, trusted place. Our sales leaders and sellers can now proactively monitor and plan our sales pipeline, identify risks and opportunities and forecast faster than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of sales cloud from our organizational perspective is getting all of our sellers to use it as consistently as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is putting all of our most important sales data and trends in one place, at our fingertips and allowing us to be much more intelligent and strategic in everything we do.

Sales cloud offers excellent UI and accessibility, with this we are able to have easy access to opportunities and required data at finger tips.

So far have been very impressed with the capabilities sales cloud has to offer.

Amazing capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
One of the coolest features of Sales Cloud is the ability to manage all interactions in one place. Before, we used Excel templates to log phone calls, meetings, now we have more visibility a stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to combine multiple objects in one report. I'd love to combine reports to have a better understanding of the business without using other reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to host all data. Universal processes. Mobile connectivity. I benefit from having everyone on the same page driving sales, prioritizing deals and making the best out of the salesperson's time.

The most helpful thing for my team is the ability to streamline our sales process through the use of Salesforce and additional app exchange apps.

Honestly there is not much to not like about Sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving the problem of having all sales related data in one platform to reduce inefficiencies across the board.
Sales cloud for growth
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and even reps with no salesforce experience can pick it up easily and have all reporting included as a package. I used zendesk and other tools in past but sales cloud wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't say dislike but I would like to see some improvements like better activity tracking and allowing to history tracking on opportunity products will be a big win
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inputting customer data and tracking the stage they were in opportunity process is seamless. The quote to cash process can be done natively without any additional tools

Easy way to grant collaborators an high performance with guided steps.

The connections between master relationship objects that some times dificult.
