Invaluable Source of Truth to Manage Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Get a 360 degree view of your leads and contacts in one convenient place. It's easy to create opportunities and manage the sales process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data from other Salesforce clouds is not completely available. Account Engagement is a good example. The marketing team has visibility of more data and it's not possible to sync it to Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier to manage the pipeline. The team is engaging more leads and creating more opportunities in a more efficient way. It's really helped streamline the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility this platform offers! The Salesforce team has been more than helpful and the dashboards and reports are second to none
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a satisfied customer and have no dislikes to share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the flexibility to read our data several ways, make reports quickly and with very helpful charts and dashboards, and make decisions even on the goal. Love
Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud has transformed our sales team in the way they quote and order. We implemented it last February and the adoption rate has been great due to simplicity within the system!
What do you dislike about the product?
The adjustment from switching systems was tough on some who have been using our old system for 20 years, but overall a smooth transition. Change is hard no matter what!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaps in data that we couldn't collect before. It is so easy to find information and gather reporting off of it in real time. We have everyone in one space where we can use the data that is inputted to better our company.
Easy and fun to roll out
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to roll out to a sales group. With trailheads and easy to use fields, I was able to roll it out to 100 people within months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple reporting features that would be better like visuals to see trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our leadership see what's happening in the field. It's also helping us centralize out customer info so that anyone in the company can engage with relationships.

Sales class helps your truly understand your customer and their needs.

I have no immediate dislikes, as it is a solid product that helps my users grow their customer base

Sales cloud provides us the ability to get a well rounded look at our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Business led - it gets everyone involved without requiring the business or marketers to be technical or "digital". They just have to know the outcomes they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the time it takes to trail blaze to really immerse into the material. Can be overwhelming on top of full time job duties but worth it. Do it. Sets you apart.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can store all of my customers information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the other clouds were less expensive so I could get the full experience for customer 360. My company will not approve me for the cost at this time

It helps us have a more consolidated view of of customers which is extremely helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It really gives us a wholistic view of our customer. We are able to see all the campaigns they are in, what emails they have interacted with and bridges the gap between our customer service CRM and Marketing Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dealing with duplicate entries has been tough as there is no easy way to identify and fix when duplicates exist, sometimes the option to merge accounts comes up, but not always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has bridges the gap between our customer service CRM system and our marketing cloud platform, allowing our customer service reps access to what marketing campaigns and materials customers are exposed to.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud gives all our revenue teams a one-stop shop view of our customers and their interactions

Nothing! It's a great platform to use for our teams

Visibility and collaboration between our different teams like sales and marketing
Saleforce is a staple for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I have everything I need inside Salesforce. I can obtain pricing, addresses, special notes, Account Executives, Sales engineers, and contracts for specific projects within salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is missing information, but that has more to do with the user making those changes and not salesforce itself. I would like a link to obtain the circuit ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I don't have any bad things to say about Salesforce. It has been a driving engine for our company.
