What do you like best about the product?
The service console view of Sales Cloud allows you to have multiple records open simultaneously. Additionally, engagement and sales insights via Activities makes it very easy to get quick info on your customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is considerable entry points of data that is required in order to effectively provision account is not as hands off as Salesforce leads you to believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and sales collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, the UI is sleek and clean and everything just makes sense. Being able to track deals and accurately know what it going on in my org is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information around how to configure things can at times be challenging and limited. I wish it were slightly easier to customize things without having to rely on SIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me clarity into performance and deal stages and helping us have a single source of truth across the organization. We are able to hold people accountable to their goals

What do you like best about the product?
As business owner, user, and practitioner, Salesforce makes it easy to show up for our customers!
I am always excited to come to work thanks to the power of the Salesforce platform of tools including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the extenablitulity Experience Sites brings for our fans and partners!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey but at the end of the day, for a fully configurable customer focused solution, it's worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
It's lead management feature and where we can create prospects very smoothly from lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's contract management is not that robust and customisable

Converting lead to prospective customers help us to have potential buyers of our service and maintaining the lead score helps to identify those prospective customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some users dislike Salesforce Sales Cloud because of its high cost. The subscription is per user, and you need to purchase at least five licenses. As your usage increases, you may need to upgrade to more expensive versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing macros automates manual tasks, freeing up sales teams to concentrate on customer interactions. The inclusion of dashboards and reporting tools delivers valuable insights into sales and marketing endeavors. Collaboration solutions facilitate information sharing and project collaboration, fostering teamwork. Furthermore, these tools aid in attracting and retaining top talent, reducing training costs, and ultimately improving customer satisfaction. Swift issue resolution and increased sales are additional benefits derived from their utilization.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables my new employees to quickly ramp and reach productivity and revenue generating targets. In app guidance, guidance center, and integrations super charge our onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to better target learning in the flow of work based on unique users activities.

The ability to monitor, guide, and track sales activities.
