I have used Salesforce Sales Cloud to help solve complex business problems in a user friendly environment.

It can be complex at times, however there are tons of training materials and communities to help.

Sales Cloud allows us to store all of our customer data in one spot

We love that Sales Cloud helps our team track interaction with existing clients and prospects. This allows us to make the best use of our time and automate processes for faster results!

The most difficult thing for us has been user adoption. But we are overcoming it by demonstrating how our most successful sales people are using the most features of the product

Sales Cloud helps us track engagement with our customers. This helps us know what clients need more attention and assists with client retention by ensuring our clients needs are met.
So easy to configure - so be careful

It really can do just about anything. If you can dream it, you can do it. It may cost a bit, but it's worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of configuration means that anybody can get in there and really screw things up.
More obvious controls to prevent certain changes being made would be good. Salesforce needs to be more public about advising customers to use proper governance.

Keeping track of every interaction with a customer/prospect so we don't step on each other's toes.
A Flexible Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customer centric. Implementing Sales Cloud tô achieve the needs is straightforward once everything in there is about customer. All the information related to the customer is available withou needing to open several tabs. Is provides reliability and flexibility to day by day tasks!

Why IA took so long to be available? All the funcionalities we are seeing in GA now is absolutely fantastic and will help our sales team to correct use Sales Cloud to have Sales Cloud helping them sell more! Can't wait to start using it.

Data reliability and single point of trust is exactly what Salesforce is helping in every implementation.

One source for all information. Easily accessible by all relevant employees on any device.

User adoption. Moving people off of their legacy knowledge/process to a new/better solution.

I have been working with sales cloud for the last 36 months. This established org has grown and shown the flexibility and nimbleness to adapt to a very changing environment.

No large dislikes with Salesforce sales cloud. The community has been very welcoming to solve any questions.
