Invaluable Source of Truth to Manage Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Get a 360 degree view of your leads and contacts in one convenient place. It's easy to create opportunities and manage the sales process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data from other Salesforce clouds is not completely available. Account Engagement is a good example. The marketing team has visibility of more data and it's not possible to sync it to Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier to manage the pipeline. The team is engaging more leads and creating more opportunities in a more efficient way. It's really helped streamline the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud has transformed our sales team in the way they quote and order. We implemented it last February and the adoption rate has been great due to simplicity within the system!
What do you dislike about the product?
The adjustment from switching systems was tough on some who have been using our old system for 20 years, but overall a smooth transition. Change is hard no matter what!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaps in data that we couldn't collect before. It is so easy to find information and gather reporting off of it in real time. We have everyone in one space where we can use the data that is inputted to better our company.
Easy and fun to roll out
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to roll out to a sales group. With trailheads and easy to use fields, I was able to roll it out to 100 people within months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple reporting features that would be better like visuals to see trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our leadership see what's happening in the field. It's also helping us centralize out customer info so that anyone in the company can engage with relationships.
Silk cloud, without question is the best tool a sales person can have in their toolbox

Sales class helps your truly understand your customer and their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no immediate dislikes, as it is a solid product that helps my users grow their customer base

Sales cloud provides us the ability to get a well rounded look at our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Business led - it gets everyone involved without requiring the business or marketers to be technical or "digital". They just have to know the outcomes they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the time it takes to trail blaze to really immerse into the material. Can be overwhelming on top of full time job duties but worth it. Do it. Sets you apart.

Single source of truth for a customer that anyone in the organization can view and drive action and results from. Tether Sales

What do you like best about the product?
That I can store all of my customers information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the other clouds were less expensive so I could get the full experience for customer 360. My company will not approve me for the cost at this time

It helps us have a more consolidated view of of customers which is extremely helpful

Nothing! It's a great platform to use for our teams

Visibility and collaboration between our different teams like sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I have everything I need inside Salesforce. I can obtain pricing, addresses, special notes, Account Executives, Sales engineers, and contracts for specific projects within salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is missing information, but that has more to do with the user making those changes and not salesforce itself. I would like a link to obtain the circuit ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I don't have any bad things to say about Salesforce. It has been a driving engine for our company.

Sales force helped us to change experience for more than 27 million of our clients, increase de revenue of the company and made us more efficient than ever

Sometimes features are developed too slow and we have more necessity to integrate data with another platforms like AWS and streaming of data...ales it's importante to improve the viewer of informarion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force are helping the company improve our experience with our clientes when help employees to organize de product path to conversion and measure the performance of it one
Unlocking Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides you the ability to track your customer data and manage your sales organization giving visability to leadership and unlocking a path to growth. Just purchasing sales cloud alone will not drive complete value. But when you integrate it with all other platforms like marketing cloud, data cloud and service cloud you can really transform your business. The tool in itself isn't where the value lies. Your tool is only going to be as good as the data that is put into it. Creating an accurate data model is the foundation to success across the salesforce platforms. Keep in mind that purchasing multiple clouds doesn't mean they automatically "talk" to each other. Many times there are complex integrations that have to happen for the clouds to work together. That can take a lot of work but once you have it done you really see the additional value with the multiple clouds working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you demo any product with salesforce they really make it look seamless and easy to use. In reality there usually is a lot of work that goes into standing up the product and making it easier to use. It's not Buy the product, turn it on and magically everything works. taking the time to create a foundational data model that works across all systems and departments is crucial for success in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has enabled our leader ship to have his ability to pipeline and sales activity. It has provided additional layers of organization for our sales team to manage leads.
