Flexible tool for sales efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
A central and flexible platform helps me and all of my colleagues remain focused on goal attainment and encourages us to take efficient actions to support our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a big and complex product. When it is poorly architected it can be challenging to use. When done propoerly it's magical!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a clear view into my goal attainment, opportunities and prioritized next best actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales cloud as you connect your opportunities to campaigns to see your return on investment for fundraisers or whatever you're selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about sales cloud. Although I wish it had a better relationship management like the nonprofit success pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with sales cloud, and account engagement allows our marketing department to track return on investment

What do you like best about the product?
Reports, 360 view of my clients, the posibilita to créate Customer fields and objects
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something right now. I'm learning and discovering its potencial every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know my Customer a better and plan strategies to get there attention. I also work with Pardot, so they are great together.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a real game-changer for businesses. It helps you work smarter and efficiently, so you can focus on what you love: making your customers happy and growing your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires the full unification and harmony of your technology and business processes. Without proper foresight and strategy, the implementation can be cost and time-intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to build customer profiles to know more about the people that are connected to our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create whatever you need with low code solutions. I appreciate the scalability, and ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit intimidating at first and the learning curve can be steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sales Cloud to manage the sales funnel for our marketing packages and ownership, all with custom apps.

What do you like best about the product?
All my leads and opportunities information in one place, in addition I am able to track them at any time and communicate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point it's not possible to integrate it with WhatsApp to collaborate with the customers in the sales funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very helpful to have all the information that I need of all my customers and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to interact with CDP and SFMC using the connector. I also enjoy the ease of use for activity logging for our sauces reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks and Queue requirements. Validation rules and limitations can be a bit tough to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to distribute the marketing data from SFMC to the sauces reps via campaign records and activity logging.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of liberalization of our data and ability to automate many processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but once you start using the tool, it is easy to go down the rabbit hole of many ancillary products

Deeper insights into our data and ability to identify new customer insights

What do you like best about the product?
We are so thrilled at the ease of use, and the ability to quickly retrieve and keep tabs on our customers. The platform is so malleable that we have customized pergectly to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users wish lightning was lightning quick. If it could be made a little faster, i honestly think adoption could be higher. We've even tried verious layouts and components to help speed up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a major upgrade to our old CRM software that was clunky and not very concise.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and there are so many ways to make it work for your company
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin test are very hard and I don't know clearly who my rep is for support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pull leads from multiple platforms into one place. We can also link multiple contacts and entities to one account, better streamlining.
