What do you like best about the product?
The way I am able to manage my as well as my teams pipeline, makes managing our customers easier, simpler n better for both, our teams and our customers enabling great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Wish the mobile features were better.

What do you dislike about the product?
One con of Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users. The extensive features and customization options can be overwhelming, leading to a steep learning curve. Additionally, implementation may require significant time and resources, which can be challenging for smaller teams or businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud effectively solves the challenges my clients face in managing and tracking customer relationships and sales processes. It centralizes their data, allowing easy access and updates on leads, opportunities, and accounts. This improvement enhances collaboration within their team, streamlines workflows, and boosts forecasting accuracy, ultimately driving better sales performance and increasing customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Data all in one source is helping with driving business decisions. The data being on one CRM will allow leadership to make fast informed decisions to stay relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of user adoption because some users are creatures of habit and are not as technically savvy as those who are familiar with CRMs such as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows users in our organization to collaborate on a single platform and share data to provide the best service and products to our clients in the financial industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales. How does a one stop shop for running your business. All companies need to know and sell to their customers sales called mixed up possible for all users and so much more you can relate in track any interaction you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it but I guess what I caution people from is to think that it's easy. Anybody can build on salesforce but not everybody can build correctly and efficiently and properly we have to make sure that we have people to write skills to maximize our investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call Ray sales called solves, many problems, but the main one it solves is who am I talk to, when am I talking to them? When should I talk to you next and what am I talking to him about it finally what the result of our conversation was.

Data Entry - I see Einstein opening up avenues to facilitate that. I hope there is more focus from Salesforce on that aspect
