Easy and flexible design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that salesforce provide the solutions. It provide simple but flexible and extensible solutions. So we can provide right solutions to our customers. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the thechnoledge changes fast, sometimes I am overwheling with the changes of the terminowledges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce validation rules solved many of the customers needs. We could configures hundreds of validation rules that supports our customers business rules

What do you like best about the product?
We love how sales cloud enables are reps to sell better and our leaders to lead better. The capabilities that sales cloud offers increases are ability to close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is quite customizable. And being that it is, there comes a learning curve in order to get it set up correctly for our business. At times the customization are overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to move out of spreesheets and on to a platform that our reps and leaders love. The reps are 50x more productive compared to when we did not have sales cloud
A tool that organizes, adapts, and automates your business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud really helps guide our sales users using sales engagement through the selling process. It shows them the most successful techniques to close business and keeps track of all of their activities. It makes selling and managing the business easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages not related to validation rules are hard to read or decipher for the users. It would be more helpful to have them plainly state what the issue is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is helping me to report on license usage and better control licensing/permissions through permission set groups. It is also allowing us to automate the sales process and make it more dynamic so it feels tailored to each rep.

Nothing critical for our business users.

The crosseling opportunities that without that it's really difficult to achieve

Salesforce platform and Sales cloud has in built sales processes off the shelf, very powerful for pipeline, forecasting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud account deduplication is not native. But there are number of tools out there for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the #1 CRM today. The ease of use of the platform and ability to build automation for business processes is amazing.We use for opportunity, pipeline management, territory assignment, and quoting .

We can finally move away from excel spreadsheets and have all our data consolidated in one central location, giving us a complete 360 degree view of our leads and customers

What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process was a bit difficult, but having a clear idea and goal for what you need to get out of the software is key.
Out of the box everything is quite empty. It would be nice to see a sample org with non-profit sample data populated

It is helping our company solve the problem of disparate data silos and teams having to look in many places for our data, not knowing where our source of truth is

Simple to get started and endless possibilities

Defaults out of the box are sometimes not helpful and configuration can take a while

Some areas can improve, like activity management, native email tracking functionality, but in general it is the best option in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now able to look at parented accounts which our previous CRM didn't allow for. Also, integrating with 3rd party tools is now a possibility.
