What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, it can feel overwhelming for new users due to its complexity and wide range of features. It often requires dedicated training or admin support to fully leverage its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps centralize all customer and sales data in one place, eliminating silos between teams. It streamlines lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting — which has improved visibility and collaboration across departments, ultimately increasing conversion rates and reducing manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Salesforce Sales Cloud for significantly empowering our sales team and facilitating digital transformation by streamlining business processes. The transition was seamless, and the setup was straightforward due to my sales background. Its automation capabilities have greatly reduced manual processes, improving efficiency. I find the ability to generate diverse KPIs through standard reports and dashboards extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Salesforce Sales Cloud could benefit from having an out-of-the-box 360-degree sales view. This would allow executives, like CEOs, to get a comprehensive overview of their team's performance, which is not currently available without customization.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate manual processes, streamline sales operations, manage leads, and generate insightful KPIs, leading to sales team empowerment and digital transformation.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows me to keep all my customers and leads organized in one place, which is very convenient. I also appreciate the quality of the reporting features, as they provide useful insights. Additionally, targeting is straightforward and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user license is quite expensive, making it too costly for countries in Southeast Asia.
