What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the most powerful CRM platforms I’ve used. It offers a complete solution for managing leads, opportunities, and customer relationships — all in one place. The platform is extremely customizable, so it can be tailored to fit almost any sales process. From automation workflows to dashboards, everything can be configured to match how your team works.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is incredibly powerful, there are a few downsides:
• Complex setup and configuration: It’s not beginner-friendly. Setting up workflows, page layouts, and automation rules can be time-consuming without admin or developer support.
• High cost: Licensing can get expensive, especially as you scale or need add-ons like Einstein AI, CPQ, or advanced analytics.
• Steep learning curve: New users often find the interface overwhelming at first, and proper training is essential for adoption.
• Performance at scale: With large data volumes and multiple automation processes running, performance can sometimes slow down if not optimized.
• Too many features at times: For smaller teams, it can feel like paying for more functionality than you actually need.

That said, Salesforce can be complex to set up and maintain. It’s not a plug-and-play tool; it takes time to configure properly, and you’ll likely need an admin or partner to manage it. The pricing is on the higher side, especially once you start adding advanced features or additional modules.
Seamless Experience and Easy Navigation, but UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The experience is seamless, and I find it very easy to switch between different views. Accessing various features feels straightforward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience has a lot of room for improvement. The integration of Agentforce is likely to be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking opportunities, monitoring team performance, and staying aligned with the company's overall revenue goals are all important aspects for me.

Sales loud is a powerful platform for our sellers to nurture / prospect their leads, convert those leads and continue to grow their pipeline

Salescloud has improved so much over the years that my dislikes have become non-existent.

I love the way leads are captured and converted automatically, this gives so much ease

I would love to see guidance for success path on opportunity management and splits
