What do you like best about the product?
As a sales person it has become key to the efficiency of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is scalable across our businesses but would be great to be able to customize slightly for needs as they differ on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its role in consolidating all the data in one place, making it easier for salespeople to find projects and decision-makers. The account management tool and opportunity quoting features are especially useful. Additionally, the automation capabilities within Salesforce significantly boost productivity by allowing us to create flows and other automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm frustrated by the level of integration in Sales Cloud, which requires additional purchases for features like AI and portals that used to be free. Also, using it on a mobile phone is particularly annoying, which hampers accessibility and convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to consolidate data, allowing easy access and information addition, which aids in managing sales projects, identifying decision makers, and focusing efforts efficiently. It adapts to changing business processes with automation, enhancing team productivity.

Great UI, most information easily accessible and reportable, variety of products on the app exchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations with native reporting (formula cap, joined reports, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable with low to no code. Automatization has been improved consistently providing flexible ways to enforce efficiency. Continuous enhancements, free resources for admins, integrations are powerful combination giving admins a field to experiment and enhance this product consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to separate internal list views between partner users based on site. Ina ility tilo use record collection variable in a decision element in flow. Salesforce support has not been knowledgeable lately and have not solved problems while on chat or screen share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of truth, collaboration between partners and users, reporting, automation of tasks and emails, making business decisions based on dashboards and analysis of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is flexible and feature rich to help you manage just about any business challenge. I have worked on four different implementations and each was customizable to the unique situations of that business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too flexible! You need to be careful not to over-customize or you will create long-term issues for yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us track leads and sales, forecast, report financials, and helps our sales team work together with other teams.

I like how it keeps evolving every release. It's like a gift that keeps on giving. Latest feature that really made a difference was pipeline inspection

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of development, robust out of the box features and easy to use application is empowering our inside sales reps as well as FRMs have coherent conversations and close deals faster!

The Salesforce 1 app can be made a little more intuitive for the FRMs to present when they are on the field!

Seemless connectivity between account, contacts, lead, opportunities, activity creating a true customer 360. The ability to understand the customer in one set of screens is critical to the foundation which Salesforce brings to every organization.

Sales cloud with Genie capabilities not fully built out for B2B customers yet.

Connecting all of brands and business units into one space creating a single place to get customer 360 to build our global pipelines. Bringing all sales activities into one place is critical to move the business forward.
