Amazing capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
One of the coolest features of Sales Cloud is the ability to manage all interactions in one place. Before, we used Excel templates to log phone calls, meetings, now we have more visibility a stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to combine multiple objects in one report. I'd love to combine reports to have a better understanding of the business without using other reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to host all data. Universal processes. Mobile connectivity. I benefit from having everyone on the same page driving sales, prioritizing deals and making the best out of the salesperson's time.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for my team is the ability to streamline our sales process through the use of Salesforce and additional app exchange apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not much to not like about Sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving the problem of having all sales related data in one platform to reduce inefficiencies across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and even reps with no salesforce experience can pick it up easily and have all reporting included as a package. I used zendesk and other tools in past but sales cloud wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't say dislike but I would like to see some improvements like better activity tracking and allowing to history tracking on opportunity products will be a big win
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inputting customer data and tracking the stage they were in opportunity process is seamless. The quote to cash process can be done natively without any additional tools

Easy way to grant collaborators an high performance with guided steps.

The connections between master relationship objects that some times dificult.

What do you like best about the product?
How SalesCloud provides comprehensive 360 customer data and enables process automation with Flow Technologies. I am so waiting to see how my company will be able to leverage the new gen AI capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As many order fulfillment processes actually managed in external systems, we need to manage many integrations. If some data flows are missing, our sales agents are not able to leverage Sales Cloud to its fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud enables us to manage and track our Sales Processes. Together with CRM analytics, we are able to bring all available sales data to our users in user friendly manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented CRM Analytics with our Salesforce Sales Cloud. Having this within our org has created opportunities for us to view the existing use of data in so many more data levels. We are starting to dig into the data more instead of just using it for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to use AI for insights on the opportunity and looking at plain and rich text fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline, Account Intelligence on perspective clients, competitors and industry partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for over 10 years and I can’t imagine using any other CRM. One of my favorite aspects of Salesforce is the way you can easily customize it to fit any business need and build complex automation with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a bit clunky and often need to export data for extensive insights. However this looks to be changing some some new features coming out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce creates visibility to sales activity,it is the basis for our sales forecasting and allows us to gather insights into what is working and what is not in the sales process.
