Good Experience in using Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is quick and easy to use, I used it to learn Einstein analytics it was very easy to get used to quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about it. need more features in Einstein analytics like Tableau and power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do the analysis quickly and data warehousing in the same place. so it is very easy for me as I said needs more features like tableau

Sales cloud's opportunity management helped me to track status of opprotunities in a better way. I liked that feature

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is very efficient in providing the third party integration that provides great opportunity to have better solutions in solving payment integration problems and it also improves the interaction with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is not very responsive and also not so reachable and there are too many steps in resolving the issue,it should be a bit fast and the process needs to be optimised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing one platform for all the queries ,and also very user friendly that anyone can use , and it creates a great understanding between client and the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of this cloud application is user-friendly and the navigation and tabs are easy to find and neatly placed on the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with the cloud application and is yet to find its flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to access the data that I need for the accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities that I need in one place and I can easily navigate to different tabs which helps me work faster, unlike before where I had to use multiple applications for managing different types of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Different objects for different CRM elements which are both technically and functionally comprehensive for our business teams. For instance, it's really cool how I can record multiple client relationships on 1 contact and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many fields makes the UI a bit complex for our new users

All our Client relationship data at one place which was troublesome for different teams to manage before Salesforce Sales cloud. With this platform, our business development and insights have benefitted tremendously while pursuing a new relationship with the client
A great way to streamline the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Sales Cloud is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, and the seamless integration with other Salesforce products allows for a comprehensive view of customer data and interactions. This holistic approach empowers sales teams to make informed decisions and tailor their strategies for maximum success.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce provides a robust set of APIs for integration with third-party systems,my org had challenges in seamlessly integrating Sales Cloud with our other software. The complexity of integrations and need for custom development resulted in additional time and costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a startup means mandatory extensive customization. We can tailor the platform to fit our unique and evolving sales processes, allowing for greater efficiency and alignment with specific goals and objectives.
A one stop shop for all things Sales, and Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of customizability for the various reports, dashboards, and account views. As a CSM, I use SF very differently than someone in sales, but because of how much customizing I can do, it works great for me still.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost too much to look at. There's so much information and so much going on that, at times, it can be challenging to find what I'm looking for. That being said, it's a good problem ti have, but I would like to see more options for someone in a CSM role to streamline their experience in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized most of all. It is helping me build out a source of truth for all customer information to get out of the current process of building and maintaining google sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud is very easy to use and has a number of great built in features but also for a great level of customization for your sales cycle. I am intrigued to get started in using these tools with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform can be overwhelming and figuring out how to get started. I also see that there are not a lot of hints and help to streamline while you are working on Salesforce. It would be good if there were training suggestions that could be of interest integrated into the workday task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know right now. we have a number of challenges with our team and trying to figure out where to start and direct the team and provide suggestions to management.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have to he ability to identify opportu ities within accounts/sales cycles to better maximize your chances for success and drive revenue. From AI capabilities through Einstein, all the way to lead scoring visuals
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't come across many issues with Salesforce sales cloud

Salesforce sales cloud solves alot of the manual tasks for sales reps all while providing valuable insights into ways to enhance prospect/customer engagements
