What do you like best about the product?
Centralized information, easy to use and maintain via different entry points - web, mobile, other apps. Constant innovation and new functionality available with each release.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some duplicated products / functionality, which makes it sometimes difficult for users to understand how to best use the tool and get their processes simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, Account and Contact Management, Pipeline management and many other functions that we were able to build on top of the platform to streamline our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I heavily rely on the filters in the list view to customize reports which I share with my leadership to help forecast and plan sales and staffing. Salesforce provides me insights that are necessary to run our business
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to easily create engaging slides and templates to reflect opportunities which would be client ready for sharing and proposal purposes. Perhaps that's in the AI wave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is creating a consolidated view of the customer and allows our organizations leadership to understand dynamics and relationships happening beyond the account to the individual opportunities. Salesforce takes disparate systems and information and puts it on a single pane of glass

Sales cloud streamlines our sales process into a consistent, trackable, visible & efficient workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints from users or the executive team - win, win!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The executive team didn't have visibility of our sales pipeline or activities previously. We can now see an accurate view of the pipeline and stay on top of sales rep productivity in real time.

This is on our team, but we've built a lot of clicks into our system and need to unravel that work.

It's running our entire business analytics and sales process platform. The benefits of seeing real time activity and transaction details impact is to better market and sell.
Salesforce brings order to chaos
What do you like best about the product?
The mastery of salesforce was one of my most critical skills or develop as a seller. No business can go wrong implementing Salesforce. The partner ecosystem and availability of extensions on the app exchange makes it a versatile platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to pull over a lot of the features I was used to in classic. I've had to learn some net new ways of doing things, but overall I am thoroughly pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to bring order to the chaotic data in my start up company that has allowed me to use a great stack of products from the app exchange to further its adoption.

We use it for work to manage sales and our users. Very easy to use.

Licenses are pricy. Wish you can better manage them.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything they showed was well organized and most impactful. I would recommend adding more PRM and Experience Cloud feature demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's distorted from functionality purpose. Very hard to train users because everything is happening from everywhere. Like creating oppty from contact, renewing from contract etc etc. Needs to be one single flow so it's more easy to understand and streamline for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces are hard to integrate with Salesforce's sales process.
After 4 years using Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Salesforce sales and service cloud for past 4 years. What I like most about it is how easy it is the onboarding process for end users and the implementation for any organization.
How fast you can make improvements to process flows and have real time info is the best of its class.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback of it is its pricing structure, which can be relatively high, particularly for small businesses or startups. When you get to understand the lincencing model it just change to a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By gaining efficiency. You get to automate many recurrent task to help sales staff to get more done. I'm really excited by all the Einstein improvement coming soon.
