What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI, flexibility to customize and Tailor for your business. The accessibility and intelligence of the platform is incredible. And there was s no lack of continued innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much really. Licensing structures do not really accommodate Large global businesses. The lack of interoperability with Microsoft productivity tools like office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is providing us with a standard and globalized CRM platform that helps us enable and guide our sellers to best meet our clients requirements and support them in their buying journey with us.

Sales cloud analytics is invaluable. It's gives decision makers the right information at the precise time.

The rate of development is both good and bad. It's difficult to find 3rd party consultants at times that have the necessary skill set

Easy you can figure dashboards and reports. Opportunities are easy to track and manage through our sales cycle and full and collaborators as needed.

I really appreciate the activity tracking and lead capturing features, as well as the web-to-lead functionality, which are incredibly beneficial for our team. The ecosystem of Salesforce with its comprehensive features is a significant factor in why we continue using it.

I would bring more AI features and better data connectivity without the consumption-based modeling.

Keeping track of all opportunities amd ongoing leads and quotes pending. Information about sales won and customer information and their relationship with the differente sales groups and marketing groups

Sales Cloud is a flexible solution that can be adjusted to fit any business requirements.

For startups that haven't started to make money it is a quite expensive solution. It would be great with a limited free solution for those businesses.

It helps us managing cases, opportunities and projects. We constantly have new problems that sales cloud helps us solve.
