What do you like best about the product?
With its rich reporting and analytics tools, powerful collaboration features, mobile accessibility, and easy integration choices, Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a complete CRM system that stands out. It enables sales teams to take control of customer data, follow up on leads and prospects, automate tasks, encourage teamwork, and make informed decisions. Salesforce Sales Cloud offers enterprises a strong platform to optimize sales operations and spur revenue growth thanks to its user-friendly interface and vast features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud's initial complexity, which can need a learning curve for new users to properly exploit its broad capability, as well as its premium pricing structure, which may provide difficulties for smaller organizations with limited budgets, are some possible areas of concern. Customization can occasionally be difficult, necessitating the assistance of administrators or consultants or technical know-how. Even if the user interface has evolved, some users still find some places to be visually dated or less intuitive. It's crucial to remember that these factors rely on the needs and preferences of each individual, and many organizations still see Salesforce Sales Cloud as having substantial value in spite of these possible limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to manage the sales the sales process effectively and efficiently. Salesforce Sales Cloud offers variety of out of the box features that can be configured to boost your sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud user experience can be improved by adding the latest cutting edge UI patterns. Also, Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing can be reduced a little so that small and medium size companies can adopt and transition easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a great way to manage the leads generated through marketing platform and allows sales representative to effectively work on them to complete the full sales cycle.

What is our primary use case?

We leveraged Salesforce Sales Cloud to perform a range of activities, starting from initial prospect calls, follow-ups, and demo scheduling, to generating quotes, managing accounts, and tracking all the way through to final sales. This comprehensive solution also facilitated any necessary follow-up tasks associated with the sales process.

How has it helped my organization?

Utilizing tasks is truly the most effective approach. Thus far, my priority has been diligently following up on tasks, ensuring timely callbacks after conversations with individuals, and meticulously documenting detailed notes about the progress of each account. These notes serve as a comprehensive file that captures all relevant information regarding ongoing interactions and developments.

What is most valuable?

The tracking and monitoring of daily activities within each account is the most valuable aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It allows for staying informed about ongoing activities, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the progress made within each account on a regular basis. Additionally, the plugins that are available, such as ZoolInfo are useful.

The scalability could improve.

It is most powerful cloud provided by salesforce, best software for customers satisfaction which helps to improve business in all the possible way, it is managed by world no 1 CRM.

As of now , there is nothing to dislike , it is the best way to track the customer business in a single software.nothing is wrong at this moment, everything is perfect.

It helps to solve the business problems face by the customer, it is the best customer relationship cloud managed by salesforce, it has many functionality which helps the customer to grow their business perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
all the organizational tools and ability to customize for each org. Reporting to find exactly what you need to make a quick list. Haven't used a competitor so hard to say what would be different. But I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
can be really complicated at first learning the structure of it all and the customizability feature is good but takes time to understand from org to org. Can't compare this vs another competitor as I've only used this one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and it's nice working in Salesforce cloud. It brings with new learnings and there is lot of new things to learn in Salesforce as it is fastest growing technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little product guidance and support from the vendor. The account rep turnover is so often we never have a chance to create a real realationship with them.the ui could be improved

Large number of records and the leads and opportunities of the customer is being recorded in it. And it becomes easy for us (sales) to sale our product in a organised way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn since Salesforce has Trailhead site to help you to learn about Salesforce Sales cloud.
It is easy to use, especially from Lead to Cash aspect. You can customize your org using different workflows and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using salesforce for 3 years already and I can say there are still room for improvement especially in AI. Also, customer support is expensive when the feature is something that is not out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is our centralize data center from Leads to actual Customers. Our sales reps sells our products faster and more efficient than before. Inventory of our products is more convenient as well.
