Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with sales cloud for the last 36 months. This established org has grown and shown the flexibility and nimbleness to adapt to a very changing environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No large dislikes with Salesforce sales cloud. The community has been very welcoming to solve any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get fantastic collaboration and visibility into our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud is a single platform for all the sales needs. It helps the sales teams to improve their productivity with many day to day features available at the finger tips and reduce application switching
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping to see CRMA, Tableau and Salesforce native reporting merging into one single reporting tool and available with in sales cloud thus reducing any confusion around the usage of these tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRMA and mainly revenue intelligence with in Salesforce sales cloud help our teams solve pipeline inspection and opportunity management. We also used them to build leadership dashboard and it is helping out senior leaders to get the metrics in real-time.

Tracking and reporting of sales pipeline and see where we are being successful and quantify insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you dont integrate processes for it to be essential to sellers to get thier job done or getting paid, its a bigger battle to adoption and use

Pipeline reporting, collaboration, campaign success and insights. Roi on marketing driven camapigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud gives a comprehensive view of our customer relation and enables our sales, account management for greater customer satisfaction as well faster deal closure and account growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder sharing for reports and dashboard can be better. Does not have control to share individual dashboard/report to someone and also subfolders always have parents sharing and can't be customised sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide us single source of truth for our customer like cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales close allows us to put all customers information together and speed up the deal close time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lightning page needs to refresh a few times when there's a change in configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to put all our deals together in one place and track pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally hated the sales calls which are ignored my previous conversations or failed to address my current needs. I can only imagine the trouble the sales guys going through multiple disconnected systems to get the customer prospect with most up to date context.
I truly believe The integrated sales cloud backed by Einstein can make sales guys super smart and enable them to make productive pitches instead of cold calls.

Salesforce is absolutely an investment, their tools are no always cheap and sometimes it's hard to decern what is a generally available product vs. what is on the roadmap

Salesforce has allowed us to put pertenent customer information in the hands of our reps to tailor they interaction and close the gap between interactions.

Sales cloud has been great to help us wrap our arms around the sales process. This enables our leadership team to help coach for efficiency and learning opportunities.

The system is vast and can be complicated to understand the full capabilities of the product. It would be helpful to better understand how we might better leverage the tool.

Sales cloud helps us understand where our sales teams may need assistance and trends across teams.
