Effective and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
As a SDR manager, sales cloud helps keep my SDRs get to the customer quickly and set, well-qualified meetings our sales account executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but an area for improvement. Making dashboards more easily creatable and "clickable." (Similar to how easy it is to create a dashboard in Data cloud.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand the lead conversion for the SDRs accurately and I really like the ability to track the opportunities that resulted from a SDR meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tool and it's automation capabilities. It paves the way for the sales rep to become super efficient and helps them achieve their quotas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too much customization puts some barriers in the way. The implementation team has to be careful with this and make sure they are removing unnecessary steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is expediting the entire sales process. From lead qualification to opportunity approval processes. The sales reps are so much more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility to be able to customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to fit my business needs. I also like that lightning is mobile friendly and you can view reports and dashboard on your phone or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning some of the layouts can feel more restrictive where information that was previously easily viewed in Classic is hidden or takes more clicks to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems Salesforce is helping us solve is Quote approval management. That is benefiting us by streamline the quote request process and adding an approval process to ensure we are providing the best service to our customers. Previous this process was done manually with spreadsheets, emails, voice mails with no way to look at the history.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves lead management, automates processes, and offers insights, boosting our sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast. Dynamic. Interactive. The first three words that come to mind. We just moved from a competitive platform and our team has accepted sales cloud with open arms. We should have done this sooner!

Maximizing all of the features can be a challenge.

Having data at your fingertips and being able to provide a view of management at anytime and from anywhere.

Although attribution is linked more closely to Marketing Cloud, it's a necessity for the sales teams I've worked on as well. I wish it was included.

What do you like best about the product?
It has provided my sales team with the tools and information to be more productive and efficient resulting in a significant increase in year over year revenue. Team is now more focused and enabled to grow their business. They are set up for better success and will drive our company to the next level.

Previous sales reps and manager were pushy and very aggressive often not listening to our company's needs. But I think we are past that now.

It is providing access to all of our Customer information in one place, illustrating critical and essential data succinctly and intuitively to make important decisions and develop strategies accordingly.

Salesforce is the industry standard CRM and every SaaS company I've worked for has used it as the source of truth for managing customer information and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked most views in Salesforce Classic better than Lightning because of the single page displaying all information (optionally) for all records.
