Omni channel sales experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sales guide, lead flows and entire life cycle of lead to opportunity to order. This has been a great experience for our 700 + contact centre staffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment however it would be good to have more telephony capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni channel and customer 360 and sales guided journey were key items lacking with ability to quickly prepare some reports... sales cloud has been excellent in all these and others
I’m better at my job
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize my work so that everything is just two clicks away is incredible. I've never been able to visualize my strategic account-level plans like I can today because of Sales Cloud. Thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was more training needed than we expected. The previous Salesforce sales reps I worked with, before our current one did not understand B2B sales. They were too aggressive and pushy. Cynthia Miller is our current Sales Professional. She is great and we really like working with her!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales productivity, effectiveness, efficiency gains, and employee engagement are all improving because of Sales Cloud. For the first time we have a forward looking view of our sales pipeline. It's AMAZING!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive sales tool for users and possiblity of integrating different channels make it much more easy for sales reps to sell and have the visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licences cost of various add ons can sometime really hinder to give the best options to users.

What do you like best about the product?
While we use our Sales Cloud as a CRM, we also leverage it for anything else the team can dream up. We created a method to track Salesforce enhancements and projects - ensuring that we can enhance sales and adapt to customer needs. Salesforce is constantly changing with the market and we stay well ahead of business tends because of it. The ability to use configuration in natural language means we have an entry point for new tech talent and can make changes more quickly, easily and cost effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to make many structural modifications to handle our relationship-based business model. We can't leverage everything out of the box and a more appropriate product is a huge cost and would be a massive lift since we've had to customize so extensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us see the shape of our customers and collect data on them and their patterns so we can plan next best actions. We have many, many legacy databases and tools we need to partner Salesforce with and it's always possible.
Sales cloud for agrobusiness ia a win
What do you like best about the product?
It! doesn't matter the industry you are working, the Salesforce sales cloud will help you manage your business. In agribusiness sales it is also important to have a 360 view of your customers and partners. Salesforce it is a great platform to customize your solution tailored to the specific needs

Sometimes it is a easy to customize that can became hard to governing

Good solution to handle seed sales and royalties. Too similar but still different products.

Most of our quote to cash piplines are automated now. We are using Saleaforce platform event to trigger the flow which removes manual intervention.

Easy to use:
Salesforce Sales offers to its users a user-friendly interface that is relatively easy to navigate. We can built intuitive dashboards, and customization options allow you to tailor it to your specific needs. It may take some time to master all features, but the learning curve is manageable. Salesforce Sales Cloud has increases our revenue after connecting it with payment gateway.

What do you dislike about the product?
About space consuming. It's expensive keeping all data in Salesforce. A Backup and Restore processe/tool need to be connected to Salesforce Sales Cloud a soon as possible to avoid performance issue in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, with SF Cloud we could manage our recurring gifts, increasing the revenue. The CRM automatically creates the opportunities according to forecast and according to the opportunity close date, payments are sent to the payment gateway.

What do you like best about the product?
In my organisation many teams were still using google sheets to manage their sales cycle, I love how opportunity objects gives the sales path and excitement of how close sales reps are to close the deal and specially the celebration confetti feature

Through your development our users usually complains to have to give to many clicks before moving on to a next stage, that is something that we often iterate until we can have the user friendly experience

Tracking the success of negotiation and pipeline management, reporting and dashboards for senior ship level

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is fast and very configurable to meet the needs of our business. Customizable, flexible and fast are important to our business.

There are some limitations in the out of box CRM.

We use the system as a lead to quote platform where are Sales Teams manage their pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a foundation for building sales processes built on industry best practices. We have the ability to customize where needed, but for the most part, the out of the box functionality provides what is needed to accelerate and scale our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales people hate the out of the box UI. But this is something SF is aware of and there are so many ways to enable end users to work from their preferred experience. Just realize you will need to invest time upfront to tailor the system before it becomes something your stakeholders enjoy working in. Not a turnkey solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scales and standardizes our business processes. Enables accountability at all levels through robust activity capture and analytics. The shear possibilities for integration with the rest of our tech stack make it a no brainer as our technology hub because when tools are connected, they are more powerful and more valuable.
