A great CRM, with great career opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a fairly robust CRM out of the box, covering a fair variety of the standard features one would expect. Where it shines is it's ability to be updated further to meet a simple or complex business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few items that seem odd at first that cannot be customized or adjusted directly. Luckily these are fairly few/rare, and can be easily worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has helped us consolidate not only or client data in one place; but we have been moving our business processes there as well. This gives us a centralized place for managing data and working out of.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations are easy to troubleshoot with the use of debug logs and other system logs.
Formula syntax are also easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
too much automation can slow down the performance
Formula can only look up and can't get child data.
Rollup sumarry needs recalculation unlike formula fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple Systems/platform used in our company, We are working on using Salesforce.com as our only source of truth.
Sales reps had also increased their productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Campaign Management, Lead Management helped in improvising the productivity and enhance the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval Rules are not flexible enough to cover all scenarios and enterprise may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting CRM with ERP. It helps in removing the silo data.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for sales people to make their worth easier. Intuitive interface. Interactive. With standard approach gives a lot of opportunities. Very innovative.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are under standard - not that many options is available. Necessity to know technical stuff to be able to understand lot's of basics (hard for clean marketers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting database (working a lot with freelancers who doesn't want to share info about customers). Sales planning. Sales excellence. Campaigning.

Sharings and many more are good features that helps our buiness to grow & complete the sales fast .
What do you dislike about the product?
The product seems to be good . But there are many knows issues and most if them are listed in idea forum. Still soo many of them are open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to complete the deals faster and easy tracking / reporting all the time. This improves the overall productivity

Easy to use understand objects relations , can create business automation to simply things , can use inbuilt functions also like cpq , easy to understand

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to give measure to people relationship

I like the way Salesforce helps defining quality information on the 360 view and on deals

This way you are able to prioritize customer, prospect, leads and deal. So it's easier for you and you team make forecasting and plan future strategies
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this moment. I think that the system foster a great collaboration. Maybe I would just integrate bettere email and social network, being sure that the newest social networks can be linked to saleforce records

Helps me getting more data around different perspectives

How my life has changed in two years of knowing Salesforce Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
I interfaced with Salesforce cloud two years ago, and from there I immediately fell in love. My hunger to learn led me to discover this world that was previously unknown to me. The first impact I had was WOW! , I didn't think there was something so complete and simple that contains so many resources helping the customer improve their experience. My path begins as a Developer on Salesforce, I have always been hungry to learn new programming or automation languages ​​that simplify the lives of us developers but which give a return to the customer who always remains very satisfied. Now I interface as an administrator, I also like this role as it gives you "power" and "decision". To date I have been working only on Salesforce for 2 years, they have been the best two years since I have been a consultant, I wish I had met Salesforce before!
What do you dislike about the product?
To this day I haven't found anything that I don't like, in fact with each passing day I fall more and more in love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us a great hand with the summer and winter sprints, always providing new innovations or improving aspects that perhaps needed to be adjusted
