What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful to my sales team for managing the accounts and contacts . The campaign feature and lead management feature is key for driving the business . Task and activities are the critical feature used by the business . Salesforce mobile a handy one
What do you dislike about the product?
More white spaces .need more simplified UI configuration . Deployment is a pain . Need good comparison tool between two environments say UAT and Prod. Simplified tool for comparisons the profile properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problem needs custom solution to be built . Activity management and Task Management functionalities being well addressed . Account and contact management is also very ease .

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce's easy-to-use interfaces encourage our learning and make it more flexible than its competitors, who demand substantial experience and training. Salesforce facilitates teamwork and communication throughout our organization. Assembling the integrations is a breeze. Our sales staff has found it to be both effective and easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, the licensing price and price per user could be a point of contention and decision making. The user interface is clumsy. I do wish there were more ways to personalize them. Certifications are too costly, in my opinion. The length of the announcements is likewise excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By generating easy dashboards and reporting for our sales staff to assess their attainment and goal percentages, this technology helped us streamline our business process. It's enabling our sales people to do their jobs better, which in turn benefits our clients. Better metrics reporting and deeper insights into team performance are two benefits we've noticed. Salesforce has been wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
In my line of work, I use Salesforce for data keeping and managing. We use it as a database for storing names, numbers, addresses and to create reports as necessary. I love the report creating feature
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not super intuitive. It takes quite a lot of playing around with to actually get it. It also has a lot of complex features, most of which I still don't know how to use or what they do and I've been using the software for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often create reports and Salesforce helps us do that. But more importantly, Salesforce makes it possible to easily save and share created reports without having to create a whole new report.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud , is big cloud in salesforce . And Some object are there Like : Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Cases, Leads
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like to Aura component because there is already a big Technology name is Lightning web component . It is very high complexity language .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it is very huge cloud in salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Filtering the leads is easy, tracking the target and attainment, tracking the payments that we got anytime and filtering it to see whatever we got in this month or even anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning about Salesforce completely is a little bit complicated; poor customer service and fast support are vital because they can cost a huge amount of monry. Not possible for low budget companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to filter out leads. Easy to track the payments , targets and attainments on a monthly basis. Easy to track the previous activities so we can connect to the customers accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps our organization work together and collaborate across teams. The integrations are easy to set up. It's very user friendly and our sales team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the sleekest. I do wish they had more customization options. I also think that the certifications are too expensive. The announcements are also too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us better serve our clients by empowering our sales team. We have seen greater reportability and better insights into our teams metrics. Salesforce has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has everything you need to track the sales cycle from first contact to closed sale. It also works well with other tools in marketing, finance, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a little clunky but gets the job done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track all our sales opportunities, track existing contracts, forecasting, and renewals tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to communicate across teams internally with the tools in the suite. We have thousands of customers and accounts and this is the way we understand the account versus pieces of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to create new accounts which can be unnecessary, but that is really more of an internal issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see a customer's profile and which products they subscribe to. I can also see past orders and their contacts and do all of this quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, more over integration feature enabled , best to be coupled with any system, best tool available in CRM workspace and easy to login and use, data protection and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom scripting is the area where they can work better and they can make its training available to the common user. They need to advertise more about the CRM product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving our all sales and CRM related problems and able integrate this with other ERP systems like Netsuite. We are able to track all our products , services using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is by far one of the most prolific sales and marketing team resources. It integrates with nearly all essential marketing tools and is a great way to continually track and collaborate across the organization to support prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for new team members to understand individual organizational customizations, but with the proper onboarding and utilization of resources, these concerns can be eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's essential to have a seamless transition from prospects to customers, as well as tracking of each account. Contact, champion, executive sponsor. The best thing about Salesforce is that it makes tracking and updating this information seamless.
