Solving complex sales process by the user friendly and interactive UI

What do you like best about the product?
The complex sales process can be configured using salesforce native drag and drop tool. The UI is so good and with addition of Einstien intelligence the sales team is able to acheive better result with less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i feel is the cost of the licensen per user is really high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interactive dashboars and reports makes the visulalisation/forecast really easy.
Einstien intiligence helps on deciding chances of lead conversion and other procpect/customer behaviours.
With object relationships the sales planning can be done more effectively as everything is accesible with simple clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Contact and account Management. Keep track of all customers and leads in one place in order to see their contact information , history and interactions with business is really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the licensing cost is not cheap especiallyfor small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Consultant for most of our customers the possibility to use Sales Cloud to track them sales opportunities and forecast them revenue it is considered as a significant plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to learn, with big offers of Integration of third-party and add-on options . I started working on it seven year ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of limits about automation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving are that I am able to keep track of the emails I have sent with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement in the same platform used for CRM purposes

What do you like best about the product?
"the low code, no code" statement can' t be more true, SSC it's easy to use without lots of customization. It allows the complete digitalization of the customer requirements without spending tons of written codes. The future is now with SSC: as the customer thinks about a new requirement, it could be ready in a few steps!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about SSC, but we can talk about some improvements: license costs are really high and in some cases the customers is not able to afford it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintanability and scalability, low costs of implementation, user satisfaction, client digitalization, end user satisfaction, good performance, continuous evolution

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it is intuitive and easy to learn. Moreover, with Trailhead I can learn the platform with funny tests and quiz.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Salesforce Service Cloud is the User Interface, which I think could be more modern, reactive and up-to-date. Also the coding interface are difficult to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving for me are that with it I can keep track of the emails I have sent with Marketing Cloud within the same platform used for CRM purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a starting point to enable client on a lot of perspectives, the journey of the Sales Representative starts there and can go very far, with all the flexibility and scalability of the cloud platform. The easy integration with external system like ERP are just one of the plus. Salesforce demostrate to be always at the cutting edge in terms of innovation and respondence to th needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The solution that we customize and integrate are at the moment a competitive tecnology well perceivd by the Clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the sales fragmentation across th Client's worldwide geography and gives clear tools to report and to support on decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sc includes the majoirty of features needed for sales support in a unique suite. I love the simplicity to apply IA routine to the business and chatbots are amazing to collect data about customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the use of chatter collaboration, too old, please enhance them. Also the configuration of that are a bit cloudy.Please let add a wizard for the configuration of approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best to aggregate data and use in an efficient way, we have limited our use of excel (we use as input/output spreadsheet) and reports and dashboards are amazing to have all the KPIs in a unique monitor. Prediction tools are also usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud it's the Salesforce ecosystem itself. It allows the end user to use many tools, analytics, flows and apps to unleash a potential which has been hardly seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most "stress" is at the system integration side. There are almost no downsides for the end users. Salesforce is a multitenant system, which means that as a System Integrator you have to pay attention at not surpassing the limits. We all hope that all limits will be raised in the future so that everything will be less difficult to implement. However the limits are acceptable and almost everything can be done right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows our client to implement a lot of new features easily and without writing too much code, and also replicating the old system logics and processes was not too painful as it could be using other CRMs.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides a wide range of tools to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to opportunity closure. This enables businesses to have a complete view of their sales activities.
As Developer SF offers a range of benefits and useful tools, my favorites have become the Flows that every day becomes more powerful and allow you to do every thing
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Internet access is essential for using the system and that slow connectivity can slow down access and the use of Sales Cloud. Furthermore, sometimes, when opening cases, the support process can be cumbersome and not very specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a wide range of tools to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to opportunity closure. This enables businesses to have a complete view of their sales activities
