Very good CRM and platform, i like to use that
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is in Cloud so i can work on it in easy way and in the same moment of all my collegues. I like also the power of this CRM and how it is organized. And I like also all the update to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is ok for me, maybe if the licenses would be less expensive it could be more and more used also by the littelst company. Maybe it should be useful to have a license with less functionality but with a low costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with it, so i can solve with Salesforce Sales Cloud all the problem of my client. Salesforce Sales Cloud have a lot of instrument that i can use for to find the best solution for my client

it's really user friendly. You can customize many things without writing code and you can connect with many external data sources. It's better than competitors.

It's very expensive to own the licences so many (small) potential clients can't afford it. There are some application limits that prevents full platform development

Salesforce takes data from different sources and builds a single view of the account. Also the users' calendars are integrated and analytics dashboards are useful for managers.

Salesforce Sales to me is like the maestro of a marching band,each channel is directed to a unique melody to create a unique experience.

The only 'downside' is that it can be a bit too expensive for startups that would perhaps like to take advantage of the service
