Agentforce Sales is a powerful tool that can store and organize lots of different kinds of data and filter the data according to your needs. You can find the specific data you need quickly and publish insightful reports. The power of this tool is worth the price. The tool supports employees in many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a powerful tool but takes some time and training to understand how to use it effectively. Once you get used to it, it can provide vital data and reports quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep tabs on various projects and workflows and you can look up which employee is doing what. It can compile and analyze data and provide insightful reports that can effect our organization's bottom line and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Agentforce Sales in a commercial role to manage all sales-related information. It helped me organize customer data, interactions, and track opportunities, ensuring no important detail or activity was missed. I like that it's very easy to use and intuitive. The interface feels straightforward, making navigation through customer information, opportunities, and tasks simple and efficient. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with the platform, which is great when you need to move fast in a sales role. The setup was easy, with training sessions and support provided, making onboarding smooth. Everything was centralized, allowing my team to access key details during meetings or calls without searching through different tools.

I use Agentforce Sales to manage sales information, track opportunities, and unify team data. It helps me stay organized and ensures no detail is missed. I can access key details easily, which streamlines meetings and calls, making the process efficient.
Easy-to-Use Lightning Interface that works well for our Sales/BD Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities and object features in SF make it very handy for us. We can define the architecture for the types of records we want to save, and the flexibility of the platform is a big plus. The Lightning interface is also very easy to use. We’ve completed various internal integrations with SF, especially with our higher ed tools.
When it comes to SF support, they always notify us if any upgrades need to take place, and we haven’t experienced any downtime. Pricing is on the higher end, but it does what we need it for, so overall it’s a good tool for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk uploads have to be done using an APEX loader, which isn’t very user-friendly for all stakeholders, and that ends up increasing the ticket count. Also, some of the reports that are generated require a lot of hand-holding because it’s not always easy to understand what filters and logic are in place. Overall, the main issue for me is that a lot of user training is involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to accurately track our payments and incentives, along with measurable, trackable insights. Its reporting features have also helped us target the right marketing segment.

I love the fact that it is very user friendly but more importantly it is full of KB's to learn as you go

This I cannot think of, I do think the lag time can be improved but that is all

We would be able to see how many candidates from each workshop group was hired for job orders entered.

I really like the clear pipeline visibility in Agentforce Sales and how it makes it easy to track leads and opportunities. The powerful automation for follow-ups is a huge plus. I also found the initial setup to be super easy.

Usability, it can feel complex to understand and overwhelming for new users.

Agentforce Sales solves the problem of scattered customer data and manual sales tracking by centralizing everything in one place.
User-Friendly and Continuously Improving CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Agentforce Sales is very user-friendly and that they are always updating it to make it even more user-friendly. It organizes how much I sell the policies and makes it easy to search and navigate by just clicking buttons. I'm pretty happy with it as I have no complaints whatsoever, and they are always improving. I also find the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes or concerns, and I really have no complaints. If anything does come up, it’s addressed quickly with a fix and/or an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to track my sales and write policies, which makes it much easier to manage my insurance agency. It tracks my agents’ sales, quotes, and performance, so I can stay on top of everything in one place. It also integrates perfectly with my other platforms. It allows me to set goals- holding everyone accountable

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is the significant prerequisite of data maturity. To get any real value from Agentforce, you need a near-perfect Data Cloud implementation. Additionally, the technical learning curve for grounding and testing agents is steep, and the consumption-based pricing can make it difficult to predict long-term costs. It's a powerful tool, but the 'barrier to entry' in terms of both data quality and budget is quite high.

Configuration, customization, and maintenance often require admin expertise, and licensing costs can be high. Additionally, without strong governance, users may experience data clutter and inconsistent processes, which can reduce usability and adoption

Agentforce Sales solves the problem of disconnected sales processes and lack of visibility across leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. It centralizes data, automates repetitive sales tasks, and provides actionable insights, which benefits me by saving time, improving pipeline accuracy, and enabling more data‑driven sales decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Agentforce Sales integrates all the tools, from the phone system to sales scripts and even surveys, which is truly valuable because it saves me time, lessens errors since everything is on one platform, and improves my capability to do more tasks efficiently. Both Agentforce Sales and Five9 are easy to navigate and Five9 already integrates into my Agentforce Sales so it doesn't take up too much space on my screen. The initial setup of Agentforce Sales was very easy, I'd rate it a 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think adding some AI integration would really help when it comes to how we can generate more sales, how the leads are sorted out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales solves the problem of accessing multiple tools simultaneously by integrating our phone system, sales scripts, and surveys. It saves time, reduces errors, and boosts my efficiency.
