What do you like best about the product?
Best CRM out there. couldn't do my job without it. easy to use and use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
both a strength and weakness - its so customizable but sometimes that requires outside help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many customers I need to keep track of, track next steps, forecast opportunities and percentage likelihoods as well as managing a whole team's performance and the dashboards are amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud enables us to customize it to the most detailed sales processes. The platform aslo allows us to manage customer records , manage contacts and create more reliable revenues forecasts. The analytics helps us to extract insights from our sales data which guide us on how to optimize future sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud requires a bit of learning curve especially for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud enables us to communicate and stay connected with potential clients and our customers. It's a highly customizable tool and customer support has been of great help when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud comes with full utility and its highly customizable . its by default comes with sufficent customization needed for company to run their sales cycle . its easy to implement and if we face any issue in salesforce we can easily create a case and their customer support team help you ASAP
as a salesforce Developer I use salesforce daily basis and it is also very customizable to integrate with external tools and products
What do you dislike about the product?
there are a chache issue from salesoforce side and also for high customization we need salesforce experinced developer to put his efforts . its not a beginner game

SAlesforce sales clopud help us managing our sales cycle , hot list our prospects and making better relationship with customers

What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes the entire sales process in one place. What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The initial setup and customization can take a lot of time and often require a fair amount of expertise. On top of that, the licensing costs can be high for small businesses. With so many features available, the interface can also end up feeling cluttered and less intuitive than I’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses the issue of scattered customer and sales data by consolidating everything into one centralized system. It lets me track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in real time. This gives me clearer visibility into the pipeline, cuts down on manual work through automation, and supports faster, data-driven decisions. Overall, it saves time, boosts productivity, and makes the entire sales process more organized and efficient to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to centralize all customer and pipeline data in one structured, reliable system. It gives complete visibility into accounts, opportunities, activities, and forecasting, which makes sales tracking much more transparent and organized.

The customization capabilities are particularly valuable. We can tailor fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards based on our specific sales process, which helps maintain data discipline and consistency across the team.

It also improves collaboration between marketing and sales by ensuring clean handoffs, proper lead tracking, and clear ownership. Overall, it drives accountability, improves forecasting accuracy, and supports better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely powerful, the platform can feel complex, especially for new users. Without proper training and governance, data entry can become inconsistent, which impacts reporting accuracy.

Customization, while a strength, can also become overwhelming. Over-customization sometimes leads to cluttered layouts and fields that are not actively used, affecting usability.

Additionally, reporting can require advanced configuration to get exactly what you need, and performance can occasionally slow down when handling large volumes of data.

Overall, these challenges are manageable with strong internal processes, but improvements in user simplicity and streamlined reporting would enhance the experience further.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about this is its mobile access feature as it allow me to access salesforce sales cloud software from site which are located remotely and access data within no time which help me to report data on time and when required. Dashboards helps to followups and keep track of assign/ pending tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes its feels very slow to update things. Required high speed internet. Also observed difficulty to access this software features in early stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when i completely understood all features of this, its benefited me to improve my pms records as i am able to update all task in time and even i am able to improve lots of this using its reports and data visualization, customization, etc. Also its help me to stay connected with office staff and coordinate with them using centralized dashboard.
