This tool enables me to efficiently generate a comprehensive customer 360 snapshot, which is useful for both sales and service representatives.

I appreciate the straightforward and intuitive setup of page layouts and opportunity management in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Navigating the opportunity pipeline to qualify opportunities is seamless. Automation from 'opportunity closed won' to order creation is amazing, enhancing efficiency and streamlining my workflow.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud's user-friendly nature and ease of use very appealing, making it straightforward to work with. I also love the mobility it offers, allowing me to access it from anywhere without being tied to a specific device. The reporting feature stands out, as it provides valuable insights into opportunities and forecasts, which is crucial for understanding and achieving our business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found understanding permission sets, profiles, and accessibility complex and challenging during the initial setup. It required a lot of research, trial, error, and communication with Salesforce support to grasp these concepts fully. This complexity made the initial stages of setting up quite demanding, although it became clearer once understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud improves collaboration and provides insights into pipelines, helping us understand opportunities and meet revenue targets. It has streamlined our processes from using Excel and facilitated better onboarding with its user-friendly nature and comprehensive reporting capabilities.

Streamlined CRM with Customization Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having all of our data and information consolidated in one location, offering visibility for each entity and making it easy for executives to access all necessary information. I like the opportunity feature for its comprehensive information storage, which flows seamlessly into creating work orders. Additionally, I find the system easy to use and widely adopted, which is a huge plus. The ease of customization is another feature that I value highly, ensuring the platform can adapt to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process very difficult. The vendor we used initially did not provide an architect and they pushed for development and customization, while we aimed to use the out-of-the-box features. Integrating 30 companies into a single system while simultaneously building best practices was quite challenging. Furthermore, there are some fields or ways things are set up in Salesforce that cannot be changed or removed, which is frustrating. I would prefer the ability to edit every field. Additionally, the process of converting a lead is difficult and would benefit from more enhancements.

I use it to centralize all data, ensuring consistency and visibility across entities, simplifying executive oversight, and connecting opportunities seamlessly to work orders.
