A Total Package
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is how it seemlessly integrates so many great apps and programs, as well as having a really intuitive, no brainer interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes me a little annoyed with it is the campaign system. I use them alot for work, but you cannot delete old campaigns, so every new term at school, I have to wade through my old ones to get to my new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me all communications with a student, plus a really great display of all of our notes and information on a particular student, and their status in the program.
Easier and Customizable Application that caters from Marketing to Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I can customise the reports, Handle lakhs of data, and integrate leads from multiple channels quickly and effectively. I find the status updates on leads quick, and instant, and even if more users work simultaneously, the system error is negligible. Marketing automation and email marketing processes are easy to do and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tools and options. Learning takes some time, and you will find it complex until you get familiar with the reports and stuff. The cost is a bit high compared to similar applications available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is handling more volume. Some CRMs tend to crash when a sudden volume of leads enters the system, but Salesforce can handle a large volume of inflow of leads/data without crashing. Whenever any customisations or integrations are required, it is easy to find support.
Extremely capable CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI as well as the many functionalities. It's extremely customizable and can satisfy every organisation's needs. It also extremely fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud lacks native integrations with other very important softwares used on daily basis on the job. It can be very costly to implement them later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep track of all the records regarding the interractions with my clients as well as not loose any important steps before, throughout and after the sales process. I

The system that does everything is bound to be a bit confusing.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Cloud is an exceptional platform with an almost unlimited potential for customization and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very easy to get lost in the weeds with SalesForce. Navigating to different locations of the sales and post process can be confusing. Finding specifics on the accounts or leads can get a bit convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest things SalesForce Cloud is solving for us is pipeline management for the post sales process. Being able to have transparency across 4+ teams is important for a larger company like us. It is also integral for tracking data and analytics.
Best Salesforce application for Smart and Faster Selling ,Team Collaboration and Automating Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables businesses to sell more effectively and quickly by centralizing client data, tracking interactions, fostering teamwork, and automating various processes. With account and contact management, you can easily access all customer information, including conversation logs and important contacts. The method of reporting is straightforward and intuitive; all we have to do is drag and drop the fields, groups, filters, charts, and categories we want to use. We receive a thorough report with helpful information in a short period. It keeps track of sales performance through dashboards and other tools for tracking sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is Expensive, Complicated, and Time Consuming to Configure and Setup. Everyone in your Salesforce instance can create, update, and store reports and dashboards if they have full administrative access, which gives them the power to change anything in Salesforce. This isn't easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud handles all aspects of the sales department's end-to-end operations, including logging product information (such as the price and Order Id), developing salesforce campaigns, managing customer contacts, setting off emails, reports, and dashboard features, creating orders and opportunities based on moving deals forward with clients, and many more.
Overall great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect to me has always been the click-not-code mantra. While I had a computer background, I was never much of a developer. Salesforce allows a lot of drag-and-drop functionality that allows me to build quickly and iterate on improvements. The automation tools also are robust and continue to improve over time. We've also started using Slack integration to phase out email notifications, which users seem to be exicted about.
As for the Sales Cloud specifically, it checks all the boxes of allowing for Lead and Pipeline management. We also utilize marketing Campaigns and a host of custom objects to manage our sales process. We aim to reduce swivel chair and bring as much into one system as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is not as crispt as other systems. The related lists can truncate data and make navigating less user-friendly. Although I appreciate the flexibility the tool gives when it comes to modifying the UI, minor improvements could go a long way (like simply spacing columns better to fit the data in them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce manages all our Sales activity except for detailed forecasting. We have leads from Marketo that we collect and convert into Accounts and Opportunities. Beyond the basics, we also handle credit applications, commercial enablement teams, agreements with integration to DocuSign, along with analtics.
The CRM for the modern sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
One of the key strengths of Sales Cloud is its friendly UI. As a non technical sales reps I have no issues navigating and using the platform. I've been learning more about the customizable dashboards and reports, which allows me to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement and manage KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yoy basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many options and customizations can cause a bit of options paralysis. As great as trail blazer is, some integrated tutorials might be beneficial that you can turn on as a new user then off when not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There two main benefits of said cloud is managing customer relationships (taking calls, emails, meeting, contracts) and creating visualizations to track performance. Having dashboards to look at daily to prioritize activity then reports to dial into to conduct that activity makes sales cloud extremely powerful in increasing my productivity
Customization and efficiency at your fingertips!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation that can be created using flows to help make sales cloud the most efficient and productive for our sales organization is a game changer. Being able to customize this automation is keep to be flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the reporting capability that sales cloud has as it is not very robust and requires us to purchase another solution for important visual aids and metrics needed for KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales cloud app provides a great solution for visibility into our sales pipeline and insights into our customers current health status that we would not have the ability to view in a 360 view otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a low code option for easily slot in new requirements for managing a sales pipeline. Lightning is so intuitive it takes minimal training to onboard someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be restrictive in that the low code solutions take much longer at scale to manage than using Apex code. Sales Cloud is also pretty ugly via the mobile app even with multiple iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management by seller is much easier to collate if done by campaign in 1 system. Prior forecasting and pipeline management was being done via spreadsheet and quarterly goal which is not useful for day to day tracking.
Love having everything in a consolidated space!

Everything in one consolidated area, so our sales reps can easily find and manage the data they need, at their fingertips
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require too many additional licenses. It would be nice that certain licenses are included in a suite package for Salesforce lightning cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes our sales reps don't want to go to different areas for certain information. It's nice that with Salesforce cloud they can stay in one area
