Salesforce is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud offers wide variety of features which makes the business processes a lot easier. It gives you a 360 view of information that you need to follow thru and close the leads. One of my favorite thing is it's scalability and capability to integrate with other platforms seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool and with each release new features and enhancements are always coming. Sometimes I wish that we didn't have to wait as long to get the features. Still there are certain things that can only be done in classic and not lightning such as creating email templates for events object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our data at one place and has improved effecincy of our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows my to build territories in less time. Forecasting is a breeze and so excited to learn more and use the Engagement release.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Just remember bad data in = bad data out.

Providing a one stop shop solutions for all Sales functions in one place that's easy to use

Integrating products like Inbox, Einstein conversations Insights with Sales cloud for Sales people.I get credit for making everything smoother for the Sales reps

I can visualize everything on one page. It has made the sales processes very simple. Lead and Opportunities provide us great insight.

Lack of AI functionality and improvements to automation is needed.

It has made tracking our opportunity and closing deals very effective.

At times, I feel our users find it overwhelming to navigate through their list views. I feel some of our users are only viewing there most recently viewed items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one place to track all of our sales pipeline and enables our leadership to view. Status updates without directly half into request that update from the sales representative.

What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box features make things easy to configure, but the ability to easily customize allows the whole solution to come together in a way that adds incredible value to the business!

We haven't had an issue with anything we haven't been able to overcome.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has allowed us to streamline from multiple systems into one single source of truth adding increased productivity for both sales and operations.
Reliable CRM with Impressive New Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the incredible new functionality being created by the product teams at Salesforce Sales Cloud. The new account planningand the use of sales planning and AI, especially the Agent Force AI, adds significant value. Our Salesforce sales associates, sales reps, and customer success team are excellent, making Salesforce Sales Cloud very beneficial for us. I also look forward to using all of the new agent force functionality, as well as the new features in winter
What do you dislike about the product?
User setups in Salesforce Sales Cloud and ensuring users have the correct permission sets and profiles. The initial setup process is also challenging, particularly because it's not centralized. We currently have an excess of custom objects and many old objects in the system that are no longer used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track accounts, convert leads, and integrate marketing content, enhancing sales planning and beginning AI implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track and manage all my opportunities for easy access.
Best part is I have quick easy to access reports that show me how I am doing Vs sales targets every month and revenue streams.

What do you dislike about the product?
The opportunities visualization is sometimes hard to read when the amount of opportunities are of large quantities. For example having a quick look of more than 50 opportunities in the following stage can sometimes be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me know how I'm doing against my sales objectives. I'm am reaching the quota? Where do I need to focus more, focuse less, and what other actions can I take.
