Sales made easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps keep control of my internal sales process and stay on the same page across my entire team. We rely on Sales Cloud to make business happen
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slightly buggy and cumbersome to use at times

It's allowing our business to track our customers and accounts seamlessly across our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sales Cloud. It is user friendly, helps automate processes, and helps me track my progress and create a clean pipeline. Real time tracking helps build deeper connections and take deals to the next phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with anything else, licenses are expensive therefore budget considerations are required. However, the ROI speaks for itself. Sales cloud is key driver to sales team success!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales territory, sales rep activities, on target revenue and much more! Can't wait for the Tableau Einstein GPT function to go GA and streamline processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize for the needs of the sales user. Reporting is easy and after using other CRMs I would not want to work for a company that doesn't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something that I dislike. The company should invest more in salesforce and the custom options to extend the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work our flows in the platform quickly and easily. Keeping up with deals in motion is very easy and convenient.

Everything is easy to use out of the box and has a lot of different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult implementing more complicated processes into the system without Salesforce experts.

All of our data is accessible on one point.

The capability of automation and streamlining processes. You can customize the experience with point and click tools while all areas of the business can enjoy the data captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Maybe the price. Or maybe that it is segregated from service and marketing. If you have all of your employees working in sales force why does it have to be segregated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving a deal to closed. Winning the customer and continuing that relationship with success and support.

Email file size limits too small. Email integration with outlook.

Sales Cloud is such a powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
All information about our accounts is centralized and it allows us to customize objects pulling information from our ERP system for better reporting. Salesforce has helped us improve so many processes throughout different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't allow you to use all features as if you were on your computer, a lot of people on the field uses their cell phone and I think this is where the experience could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking customer interaction and the sales team activities throughout our multiple centers, the combination of both is helping me service our customers better
