The user experience is not really good! I would like something that is more modern and powerfull! Sometimes the performance are not the best And we need to review our software

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has given our users tools to help with productivity making better use of their time as well as given the business a reliable repository of data.

There's nothing I can say that I dislike about Sales Cloud

Digital storage of contract, quote and tender opportunity data. Reports are run for these various objects which gives the business a good view of what's happening.

The Sales Cloud is the home of Dales Reps. 360 customer view helps you skyrocket your sales activities!

I personally dislike the quote process and that quote to order is not a possibility in standard sales cloud.

All data is found in one source and it is super easy to build Abd foster sales processes.

The most helpful features about Sales Cloud are the advanced lead management capabilities and streamlined reporting features. With all your data being centralised within Salesforce, it's easier now than ever to find bottle necks and close valuable deals.

Configuration and back end setup can be quite intimidating for new implementation consultants, which may translate into a less than satisfactory user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Sales Cloud solves is being able to view all the vital data about your customers, and acting quickly to close valuable opportunities in record time!

And Sales Cloud Anywhere keeps me productive on-the-go with real-time updates and collaboration tools, no matter where I am.

Another thing I dislike is the cost associated with Salesforce Sales Cloud, especially for smaller businesses. The pricing can be on the higher side, which might be a barrier for startups or organizations with limited budgets. However, it's essential to consider the value it can bring in terms of sales automation and customer relationship management.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the issue of inefficient communication within our sales team. We used to rely on emails and phone calls, leading to missed updates and miscommunication. Sales Cloud's collaboration features, like Chatter and real-time updates, have enhanced team communication and coordination. It's streamlined our sales processes, reducing errors and helping us close deals faster.
