What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely loving Salesforce Sales Cloud! As a sales professional, this platform has made my job so much easier and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the automation features have really helped me stay on top of my leads and follow-ups. What do you dislike about the product?
The price is .... well, expensive. If I had to say something negative, it would be that price is an issue

Provides a best in class sales and service platform that supports our sales and service processes in one application or platform with the potential to integrate with almost any other application.

What do you like best about the product?
How simply I can work either the tool and make my day to day easier in addition to making customers happy or the automated system that integrates with your zoom experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really as the tool is really helpful and I don't find anything that I don't like about it and I'm not sure what i dislike about the tool as I like everything

How simply I can work either the tool and make my day to day easier in addition to making customers happy or the automated system that integrates with your zoom experience

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track customer information and interactions, particularly to see when the sales team has touchpoints with the customer, paired with our Pardot info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team adoption. It is a great tool but hard to get everyone to get onboard and use it. While we continue to remind and train, it's hard to get people to sit down and log in to optimize the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance collaboration and improve account management by sharing meeting notes, customer touchpoints, and opportunity management. Facilitate the addition of account and client service teams to client accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy automation through flow to setup regularly business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally a bit out of reach if you work for a nonprofit organization.

Better equipped in keeping sales and customer data in one central repository.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud contributed our operations activities and enhanced customer communication.
Upside: the fact sales clout based on cloud it makes it easier to access from anywhere, Moreover, it has huge variety of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside: As much as customization options could be positive it could also be complex and confusing, mainly during training phase and new to the platform users. Maintaining system platform will require time and training investments that could result in expensive costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhanced our overall revenue as well as customer service connections and service. It helped asses the performance of the company by this tool, analyze it and investigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Concepts of Standard objects which can be best fitted in any industry .e.g Accounts in Finance company can be used as Company and Investment or Insurance sector as Brokerage.same as contacts as Brokers.
flows etc .
What do you dislike about the product?
EAC has lots of Gap (Einstein Activity Capture) I had ticketed open where Salesforce says they missed this to incorporate from lightning sync to EAC.
Process builder if failed cannot give us clear cut idea of real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving 65% of the Business flow thru standard object and rest 25% thru customization and 10% they don't have solution .

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box functions are great to get you started. Once you get a feel for it, it was incredibly easy and beneficial to customize for our needs. It's been great to use for our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used the Classic version, it can be frustrating waiting for Lightening pages to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone accountable and visible. As long as you are inputting everything in, there is no where to hide. If it isn't in Salesforce then it didn't happen.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to keep everything according to our standard process. We also can see how we can work better on the opportunities.

You need to input data. I hope we will automate that with EinstienGPt

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the tool not only allows you to track your leads and contacts but you can manage your pipeline and build reports to increase sales in collaboration with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that integration with salesforce from third party data and analytics can become very cumbersome if it doesn't follow the salesforce data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of the client information and help manage the relationship with the client on a regular basis with sales information to back up the relationship. It also helps increase sales territory based on performance which help increase individual employee rating at year end.

What do you like best about the product?
They system comes with so many out of the box features it makes the implementation process really smooth. Easily customizable to meet needs of various sales teams without requiring different applications. Very excited to get started!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the loading times have been a challenge. This may be product, infrastructure or a combination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing lots of different data sources together in one managed source of truth. If it isn't in Salesforce, it didn't happen.
