Good for a low code solution
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is very adaptable to a variety of possible business needs. It's also very easy to administer with minimal coding knowledge so that you can customize a sales journey for your particular customer life cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
While non coding solutions are very strong, some of the more advanced features or apps require some amount of technical knowledge in order to implement. Adoption of new features can also be a challenge sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated customer information for both leads and opportunities allows a sales or service agent to quickly see whatever information is more relevant to them and minimizing some of the noise that may be less relevant to their role
Best CRM tool to manage sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform to use, specially for sales team. Managing sales team is super easy to use and customize per our requirements. I also like the dashboard and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I don't like about sales cloud in Salesforce . The only thing I would recommend it to have this new feature of Einstein Gpt refund to that level where it's super accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use sales cloud for managing sales team. It's very easy to use and super helpful in managing the sales team and showing dashboard and reports. Thanks

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the easiest way to manage your company's sales pipeline. Visually appealing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native reporting functionality could be better. There are some basic features that are missing like a good way to see year over year.

Revolutionizes Sales with AI, But Setup Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that now AI is built into the workflow. It helps reduce manual work and keeps deals moving with smart next actions. I also value the single, real-time view of pipeline and forecasting, as it improves control and helps in getting accurate forecasting. The AI in the workflow reduces decision lag by telling us what to do next, flagging risky deals, and automatically updating records.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI still needs tuning. Customization, reporting, and integrations take a lot of effort and resources to set up and maintain. AI tuning depends on data quality, and if CRM data is inconsistent, lead scoring and NBA become noisy. Customization is complex and needs a lot of workflows and permissions. Reporting needs careful data modeling. The initial setup is not plug and play; it requires planning, data alignment, and cleanup, and took us around 4-5 months to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to manage the entire sales lifecycle, reducing manual work, improving lead prioritization, and ensuring accurate forecasting with real-time pipeline visibility.
Sales cloud is easy to customize and easier to engage with!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility the sales cloud offers to enable admins to customize the platform for their companies . And for sales, it is easy to use and intuitive so they can easily follow the business process and close deals. It's just awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get frustrated that some features are based on license tiers. Companies cannot always afford to upgrade and admins are left building what comes standard for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today we sales cloud to build out the 360 view of our customers and their journey with us. The platform allows us to build out a robust knowledge base of our customers and how we are engaging with them so we can best serve them.
Good product with some minor automation issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use it is, and it's pretty easy to train people to use.

There are some technical issues related to automation, but to be fair our org is exceptionally complicated custom build.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping automate sales funnels that we just didn't have before customizing our org. I'm significantly more productive with the platform especially due to the customization

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about sales cloud is the ability to integrate with our existing platforms which makes it easy to setup your org quickly. In my opinion there are no competitors for sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to working with sales clouds are when your remote users do not have enough internet speed to properly use lightning. I think we can improve in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our analytic reports are amazing and meet the needs for our business stake holders. The data is taken almost in real time and integrates with our native service tableua.
Basic blocks of sales productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency of data and application makes analysis and trending easier. The advancement of the product over time to alleviate additional pinch points has been very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to make sure that customization desires of us as a client doesn't impede our ability to utilize features. Communicating to more than IT in the business is key for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline maintenance and forecasting are the main ones, but now we are looking at "what does a good deal look like" analysis. I am encouraged by what I see for tools on this front.
Solid Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has offered us a a variety of ways to not only track sales and performance, but also automate and provide metrics for departments that work alongside sales. We've been able to provide easy solutions for areas of our business that previously had manual tracking and manual correspondence through custom objects and flow automations. Integrating outside platforms have allowed us to get a full view of our business processes that we previously have to evaluate separetly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that reporting and forecasting is often lacking. We have complex business processes and complex forecasting needs that we often run into walls or missing puzzle pieces that force us to use outside reporting solutions for some of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to better forecast our sales, but also our manufacturing needs to anticipate orders. We've also been able to heavily use communities to provide previously unavailable self-service sites for both B2B ordering as well as claims management, which helps guide our sales users.

What do you like best about the product?
What has been the win for us is activity manangement. Our teams can now track and easily manage tasks, events and log they're calls with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one draw back (though a positive in a way) is that there isn't a full solution ready to go out of the box. Our team was capable of setting up what we needed for our business process, but it would've been great to have a standard best practice baseline ready to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is providing us the visibility into what our sales team is working on. This allows us to ensure we don't lose or ignore opportunities and we have the ability now to better obtain insights into why we win or lose some deals. We can from manual and paper processes where each sales agent did their own thing and we can now deliver consistent experience for our customer.
