So far I have not encountered any negative aspects

It has allowed for greater integration with other systems and has the advantage of the cloud

What do you like best about the product?
SF Sales Cloud effortlessly combines ease of use, intuitive design, and unmatched customization options. Its user-friendly interface makes it a breeze for our team to navigate, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The level of customization available is simply astounding, allowing us to tailor the system to meet the unique needs of our clients. I love its visually captivating presentation that enhances the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
SF Sales Cloud offers great utility but highlights areas for improvement, such as complex data queries and enhanced reporting capabilities, commonly addressed in the Salesforce Ideas portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF Sales Cloud empowers me to gather and organize customer data and interactions, providing valuable insights into our business trends and enabling us to craft more effective sales strategies.

No real downsides. If problems arise, simply consult their outstanding support, a partner organization, or any of the countless online resources.

Like ant business, we use Salesforce to keep everyone on the same page, and working efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
it's really user friendly. You can customize many things without writing code and you can connect with many external data sources. It's better than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive to own the licences so many (small) potential clients can't afford it. There are some application limits that prevents full platform development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce takes data from different sources and builds a single view of the account. Also the users' calendars are integrated and analytics dashboards are useful for managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is useful for the seller to handle their clients and manage their sales opportunities.
It is possibile also to make reports that help sellers to have an overview of the sales trend.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the functionality in Sales Cloud are useful for the sellers to improve their work experience and also the customer experience.
I think there is not a functionality that doesn't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helped me and continues to help me in having a better customer experience and in designing a specific sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales to me is like the maestro of a marching band,each channel is directed to a unique melody to create a unique experience.
The melody is the platform that allows you to enjoy the music.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 'downside' is that it can be a bit too expensive for startups that would perhaps like to take advantage of the service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales has helped me in managing customer relationships,without this tool I could not have offered such a great service

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very easy to customize and adapt to your business needs. The sales pipeline is clear, going from Opportunity to Quote and Order. Also, the ability to use reports will allow your sales workforce to perform at their best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud should be used in combination with other Salesforce modules for an E2E experience. As an example to provide cases for customer services it's best to rely also on Service Cloud for exploiting all the functionalities related to milestone and entitlements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our workforce to quickly convert leads to accounts and generate opportunities. Also, it allows us to monitor the performance management pipeline through reports and dashboards.

The possibility to manager every sales process in just one place with a beautiful User Interface, easily, quickly and with all the relevant data in a single page
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe just too related objects to manage. Will be better to have an overview page with some data and then go into details
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
too much data to manage. Thanks to sales cloud it is possible to have a quick view of the status of quotes and opportunity
