Amazing Experience! Closing Closing!
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting, Enablement, Dashboards. It makes my org more efficient at closing sales and folow up on lost opps and see why we are not converting with data instead of assumptions

I really like everyhting related to sales cloud

It helps my team follow up on sales and close deals

Sale cloud does not have any bad functionality. Everything is superb

Our sales are growing after adapting sales cloud. We are closing more deals

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and analytics capabilities. It also standardized data to allow for insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many - typically it's just user adoption and not the platform itself

Helping reps be more efficient
Salesforce is the best product hands down to boost your business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce goes beyond CRM. I have seen use cases where Salesforce has been used to manage construction projects, control contractor life cycles to structuring energy futures. Truely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Governing limits is my major complaint. As well lack of access (price wise) to more full sandboxes and features such as Salesforce functions or Mulesoft. Many customers tend to be disappointed that such functionality are not available with initial cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is actually quite useful for cases beyond sales. By providing almost any use case easy access to a polished framework that can be manipulated by both low code and pro code

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce started with sales cloud. It's easy to use, and has had great improvements over the years. I would highly recommend this product for all sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements with territory manager has made it function better but it still needs some work and I hope they are able to enhance things with the next few releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our needs, we track conversions for sales of curriculum. It has been extremely valuable for sales leadership to truly understand our sales cycle and the needs of the school.

I find the solution that the service cloud offers extremely useful and effective. The omni-channel, web-to-case, chatbot, web-to-lead tools are fantastic

Solutions that integrate with other platforms, such as WhatsApp, are not as easy to implement or are paid for, which does not make them accessible to everyone

Controls orders, leads, stock and release of invoices, making it very useful to manage everything

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows all teams working with customers to stay connected, working on a single trusted record with all relevant records. It brings transparency into sales processes, conversion and allows identifying bottlenecks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes effort to make the UI look clean and not overloaded with information. Plus getting the right Salesforce Talent to configure and develop it is a challenge nowadays.

Salesforce allows breaking the silos and brings transparency within sales teams and across the whole company. It allows for streamlining the growth of the whole business.
