What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has allowed us to build strong sales processes and integrate a large set of applications that our teams need. I think it's great for large enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a set of engineers and sales operation systems analysts dedicated to maintain and enhanced your Salesforce instance. The same flexibility can be a double edge. If you have the wrong people in charge of sales cloud soon enough you will be managing a bunch of tech debt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales workflows, asynchronous coaching, quoting, deal desk and contracting is all done in sales cloud. The fact that is all in Salesforce is incredible helpful for performance management
User friendly and meet client expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The product comes with pre configured package capable of supporting the small medium large enterprise business needs with easy configuration
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is scalable and need third party products to scale for meeting some of the industry needs which we can build in on sales cloud

The ease of user exp and need to navigate multiple systems and enable users to see consolidated view of data necessary for day to day transactions

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and customizable we are able to track and automate all sales process with flows and with slack it is more powerful than ever. Our sales team loves it and highly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline acces for fiels sales, the cache is not sufficient for our sales operations since we have thousands of products catalogs using in remote areas, but in app exchange ee can find partners to solve it

Sales Pipeline Management help sales companies manage their sales pipeline by tracking leads, deals, and opportunities. This can help sales teams prioritize their efforts and focus on closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to stay organized. The data provided is essential in my role as Customer Sucess Manager. I can also check on sales and revenue from our reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit cumbersome to get set up. It took us a while get set up and needed someone who has knowledge in setting up the service. Navigation can be challenging if you aren't sure where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data hygiene is essential for us. Saleforce else all of our teams stay on track. It is also helpful in tracking renewals and be sales. Email tracking is also essential.

Salesforce cloud gives us the opportunity to store all our valuable data directly in one location through one platform of many services

It can be slightly challenging to understand Salesforce but once you take trainings and educational videos you will grasp the concepts

Helping us solve the lack of data that can sometimes be imputing this benefits me in the nature of being able to have the sales analytics first hand
Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The lightning experience has greatly improved the overall user experience with the new look and feel and also delivering more value with new features that makes the day to day tasks easier to accomplish for example pipeline inspection which is such a great feature that helps to dig deeper into the details of the opportunities allowing focused actions that will help with new business wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great but coping with the many releases a year is difficult to allow proper time for new features evaluation, time to implement and foster solution adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily monitoring and managing the sales pipeline. Also it helps our agreement lifecycle management leveraging the opportunities data and that is the great benefit to quickly generate contracts and get new businesses.
Easy to operate!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the program in assisting me on my everyday tasks. It is extremely user friendly and have been able to train older individuals who sometimes have a hard time with using new programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to find an easier way to make the notes section more visible. So that everyone in the office looking for client information can easily find our specific conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone in the office access to follow up on clients leads and communication. Emails and other files are easily shared in one safe space for everyone to see.
Sales gets streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables centralizing data important to sales and marketing teams, which then facilitates automation that takes the effort out of admin and puts reps in front of customers instead of in front of their laptops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud needs integration to your company order system to be more than just a feature rich Outlool or Gmail. It probably should come WITH Mulesoft integration to address that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps didn't have access to order details while on the road, and the mobile app solves that. Reps and support teams couldn't see each other's open items or customer interactions, and now they can.
Very streamlined system!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate all my accounts and contacts ! I like that I can easily see all correspondence between myself and potential customers as well as integrate our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to create user flows. The help articles do not help and any time I need a solution I have to scroll through dozens of forums .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforcing is helping automate our flows and track all of our leads and contacts . This is a one stop shop for our company and helps us be more productive . Our performance definitely increased
