Sales cloud is great
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and organize customer information. I can't think of anything I don't like.

It works well. There is nothing I dislike.

Lead conversion can be clunky when you have messy data.
Having a better way to prevent duplicates, and proactively present duplicates to users would be great.

There is not too much missing. Most use cases come out of the box.

Forecasting and quotes are the best. Also for contract and billing objects

The quotes are not customisable and it needs conga or other app for editing

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud captures all the relevant customer data, behaviors and engagements with your company to set up your sales team members for success and maximize your conversions. It's also incredibly user friendly and transparent. Highly recommend!

It can become overly complex if not careful. There is so much data available that could potentially overwhelm users.

Consolidating the customer sales journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows me to track different pieces of data in order to get data in real time. Sales Cloud allows forecasting and allows the business to make better decisions for things in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be cumbersome to maintain and keep up with all of the configurations that are required to keep the product running efficiently. It can be hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to track business sales and create reports for my business unit and business users. I am way more productive and business performance is better.

What do you like best about the product?
Our business love how Opportunities work, as well as the ability to add leads from different sources. One of the features our business use the more is the Approval Process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think on any feature that can be improved. We love it all! Thanks for the hard work and dedication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is basically where our Sales process is. Providing our sales agents the ability to be more productive and can create de needed sales metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
So helpful that everything is connected in one place! Love that the business can drive the solutions easily! My AR, Tom, is absolutely the best person to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative that I have is that I wish the native reporting was as robbust as having the additional CRMA features we purchased separately. I would love to have this be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved user adoption issues by utilizing bettwr screen flows to make data entry easier. We have also solved data reporting by having Salesforce be the source of truth for specific data elements.
