What do you like best about the product?
Highly scalable and customisable. If things aren't aesthetically pleasing enough for you, you can code things to your looking. Automation is also great compared to other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cleaning up and decluttering orgs. Tools outside of Salesforce will only get you so far. DevOps Center isn't as robust as other options like Copado.API limits are easy to hit as well depending on your market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to customize and drive automation to improve business processes is seamless to an extent and strives for efficiencies that other CRMs don't provide.

Its great for creating opportunities and fulfilling customer needs. Win win for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, it's best utilized with other products like Experience Cloud

Recruitment for higher education. Gives us flexibility to build for our needs.
Sales Cloud is a game changer for sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is extremely user friendly and provides a lot of features for sales teams to be more productive. The native forecasting feature is also pretty awesome too, and there is lots of room for great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that we wish were native cost a lot extra which can be a downside for SMB businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows our GTM to stay organized, have specific processes for different opportunities, and allows us to build team selling for more complex deals. We are able to close deals more effectively due to the customization available.

Its ability to integrate with other departments and multiple data streams.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. API integrations are super easy to work with inside the Salesforce platform.

Makes it easier on our sales team to identify the right people to call and email at the right time. Keeps everything organized and structured to help leadership.

There really isn't anything I dislike. There are just so many capabilities and we have to prioritize and gradually introduce more and more to help improve adoption.

Keeps our data in one place and makes it easy on the sales team to locate the right information.
AI CRM with automation and flexible customability
What do you like best about the product?
With SalesCloud you can use automation and the new AI tools to drive productivity in Sales, staying on top of deals and forecasts, both as a teamleader or rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be mindful to create an implementation and roll-out strategy. There are so many amazing tools to choose from, try to start in one end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tasks and reminders to stay up to speed, automate emails with templates, pipeline inspection to see what happened with your pipeline and why.

Just makes sense. Use it every day including mobile.

Bad configs. But hopefully you don't have these
