Awesome CRM for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent information display capabilities to the relationship managers, guiding from lead to opportunity to deal closing. With einstein insight the relationship manager can get better insight about the prospect to close an opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific.... lead scoring can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From lead generation to close a deal became quicker. Also salespeople/ relationship managers can participate into 'well informed' discussions with both existing and potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great having all the sales team in one place so they can better see what is happening between them and don't approach the same leads. Also gives the broader organization insight into the pipeline and what is to come so they can prepare easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is the most user friendly or intuitive. I spend a lot of time teaching teams how to use and how to use consistently. They often say "I did this last time and it worked but now I can't find it".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce becomes the source of truth for all of the different teams involved in the sales process. If something does not exist within Salesforce, there is no visibility into it and cross functional teams are less productive.

All info needed on Ana count and deals under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many clicks to get to needed data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to communicate about opportunities and issues to the appropriate team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has helped our salespeople save time in lead to order fulfillment. It is easy for them to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some limitations with reporting on email activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are able to enter their leads and convert to accounts and opportunities.
Use Sales Cloud for pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is the best tool to identify and track potential sales in your business. An admin can configure your individual sales process into the CRM and then your users can input their customer interactions for every Lead that can be converted into an Opportunity, all the way from initial prospect to closed, won. Sales Managers can use the in-built functionality to forecast sales and reporting to monitor pipeline, ensuring Opportunities do not go stale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion into an Account, Contact and Opportunity needs a Flow workflow to manage a customer's individual process through the stages. Customers should be mindful on what data they ask their teams to capture along each stage of the sales process, so not to overwhelm their customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing opportunities in one place and tracking their progress at each stage. Empowering managers with up to date data on pipeline to provide realistic forecasts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has enabled our company to leverage data to drive results in ways that were unavailable before, by leveraging sales cloud we can better quantify our work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Over time I'd like to see it advanced in such a way that we can make solutions more intuitive and efficient with less clicks and navigation. Currently the navigation is time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics capabilities are huge for us, the ability to easily visualize the millions of records we have in our org in an intuitive way is incredibly valuable
Empow culture of sales
What do you like best about the product?
Customize. When we decide strategy, if we use other CRMs, to create database by making culums etc takes some weeks. But because of using sales cloud it talkes less weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so hard to learn the architechture of salesforce. However learning salesforce makes my career be happier, there is no problems.

Email productivity and assignment of leads it's benefiting our sellers and marketers

The clicks-not-code philosophy makes Sales Cloud very accessible to most orgs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions and visibility are complicated and only getting more so, be sure to understand the concepts well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud tracks all of our opportunities and prospects. It also acts as a source of truth for our customers and thus is vital to the business.
