What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has transformed my sales approach, seamlessly integrating AI and data analytics to offer unmatched efficiency and adaptability. Regardless of my business size, it provides me with streamlined operations and invaluable insights. The cherry on top is the Success Ecosystem, complemented by the vast resources of the AppExchange platform. For anyone in the sales domain, this CRM isn't just a tool—it's a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. I wish it came without the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my problems tracking leads to opportunities and sealing needed deals for my sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Real time updates and analytics taylored to every user! Coming from excel this is a huge step. A powerful and beautiful system that is a dream to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many great products, but can be pricy to take full advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All departments on the same page at all times, saves time and coordination

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Sales Cloud it's the main partner for our sales team.

What we like the most, its that, not jus the sales team, but our marketing and services teams benefits, since our client information is up to date real-time.

Sales cloud is the first tool we open in the morning and the last we close in the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Know been a participant of Dreamforce, all the questions I had day to day are been solve.

So I dislike not having access to all this information before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring is a problem that sales cloud is helping us solve. We generate a lot of leads, and knowing wich one's our sales reps needs to work on help us with precision!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless opportunities to customize, automate, and streamline business processes for Sales Teams. As an admin there is nothing more gratifying than taking a clunky, multi-click workflow, condensing it down to a single click, and basking in the gratitude of my end users for relieving them of tedium.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be intimidating for new users, and user adoption live and dies by the quality of the implementation. It's so much better to start from a strong foundation, but you need a skilled partner to create that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves issues of data hygiene, task-based tedium, and accountability. I benefit by building better solutions for my clients, and helping their businesses soar!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sale Cloud has made it very easy for our Sales staff to know which Leads should be targeting for prospecting, as well as helping to streamline our Sales cycle and convert prospects into active customers quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to provide Sales reps with a simple way of know which Accounts need the most attention at any given moment. However with the advancements in AI within Salesforce, this is getting easier and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has allowed our Sales staff to easily manage their pipelines, and has improved the amount of time needed to convert a prospect into an active customer. The adition of Sales Enablement has also been a great success as it's given us a way to continually support and train our staff on the best practices within Salesforce and within our own internal busness processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The controlled flexibility that makes it customizable enough to be optimal for sales users but also not enough to change too much when they were using it in another company
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting functionalities could be better displayed for sales reps and it appears too limited. Also some of the features still require too much admin coding and could be optimized as part of the offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing and standardizing the sales processes to allow reps to spend time in the field while at the same time allowing management to get the data they need for planning

Ensure clean data entry. capability to taylor the platform to our sales process, integration whit other tools and cloud like Marketing Cloud and levereage analytics in the prospect path

Have and easy integration whit Social Media Channels, we're looking for integration whit sprout social but you have to buy another external platfom and try to connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data intefrity, customization, integration capabilities, reports capabilities, all that features for leverage a centralized customer intelligence system to perform better our sales processes
