A pretty good reporting tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make my own reports and that reports can be shared with others easily. Using the integration between SalesForce and SalesLoft makes my day-to-day tasks much easier, as I can import accounts that need to be worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the filters are not working properly, or hard too hard to use. it does take some time to get it right and useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has become our "single source of truth" across our organization. Having one place for all accounts where everyone can look at accounts and see past activity has been very useful. We track who the account belongs to, meaning we can easily find the correct person to take over the account and its needs. It's also being used as a tracking tool, tacking call numbers, sales numbers, emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage your lead without any written notes.
The notification system will remind you what to do and how to do it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is having many functions at once, which can sometimes confuse what to do. Efficiency is decreased when the page is loading. Because of multiple facilities it make systems slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage the leads efficiently, Sometimes work gets doubled, but salesforce manages every schedule effectively where we can easily shortlist the priority at once.

Maintaining track of the people is easy and if we forgoot about the callback or any details of the customer salesforce is not useful to me and little easy to you

Sometimes it tough to get the information from and updating this are little confusing, so if it uses d to be user friendly it could be good to use and the speed will logging into the salesforce is quite difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When i have call back there is no nessary for me to go back to the customer's details directly i get the notification about the callback, and I can easily feth the customer details and take up my call
Effective for task mgmt and reporting but efficiency needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very helpful for pipeline management, managing daily tasks and follow up items, and various reporting needs. It integrates with many third party software solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Salesforce Lightning version has so many click throughs and is generally slower. It can take a lot of time to hover over links to reveal key data items you need to see, or worse, having to open multiple browser tabs to see more detailed account/opportunity information. There's so much data they are trying to show or link to on a page, but I find that most of the important data is buried or hidden behind "view more/all" links, or the shown in the hover over pop up windows, so I constantly have to dig deeper to find what I need and often get lost in dozens of browser tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales campaign management, pipeline staging and reporting, task management, activity tracking, account management and reporting, cross sell opportunitites, managerial reporting, market sizing, territory planning.
Great way to keep it all in one tab!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Salesforce is that you are able to pull so many things out of one app or "tab" You can view an account, and reports, and also create your own reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike abou Salesforce is at times it runs a little slow or the reporting is always 1 day behind.

Salesforce solves many problems with reporting and lets you create your own reporting as well which helps me in my role with my company.

What do you like best about the product?
With salesforce I'am able to manage my leads which is assigned to me. Which is helping with proper follow-up with my customers and timely I can reach out to them. Salesforce increasing my productivity in terms of work
What do you dislike about the product?
Best experience I have with Salesforce, only few reports to access salesforce can give better access to all the user. Customized reports are available but same time user centric report generation can be implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting from the lead management, maintaining the lead status and stages clear idea Salesforce is giving. Through saleforce lead management I can generate more revenue to the organisation by following up with my leads proper way.
Versatile integration and sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable dashboards by user role are one of my favorites, I also love the ability to create subscribed reports that go out to stakeholders on a cadence. I got my admin certification just so I could run our salesforce instance, I've added lead source generation tools, a CLM, and stage logic for multiple sales business processes. Huge plus is the number of tools that integrate, although not all partner integrations are made equal.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Upcharge for everything and different "modules"
2. Flows and more complex business process workflows still are technically challenging even for certified admins, they need to address and make this simple out of the box for non technical users to build workflows and business rules/logic

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to formulate sales process, define answers like when something is qualified or unqualified, create tasks and reminders for things like renewals and non renewal clauses, manage multiple business processes and send contracts to a CLM. Lead and opp pipeline routing and management, establishing base sales metrics and trying to start understand the customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
It is a compact software, Easy to use and user friendly for the people to track the lead status, details etc.. with proper future task as well. The best part is regarding the future task notification on the software and even to the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as such. But It would be better if all can see a lead details without an edit option even though if you don't have the lead then I feel this will be helpful for the associates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales CRM it is helping to track all the leads with activities and update the status on regular basic with a proper tracking on the same. I would say an easy to use CRM.
Reliable and powerful CRM with a lot of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability the most. You have one database with all data over your leads/opportunities and accounts. You can customize the various views administrative or individual, and therefore can adjust the data to your role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit more modern touch, but that's honestly a small issue. Because of its powerfulness, there might be some features that are not so easy to find - but that's solvable with a bit of research. E.g., Salesforce Trailhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one holistic view of our leads, prospects and customers - throughout the buying cycle and Customer success. The whole GTM organization has access to and can share information. It also allows us a full view of each level - from the detailed view of a specific account to overall reports about the organizations/regional results.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud's slow performance on rare occasions can be a bottleneck for the entire system. I also feel that their chat support should be optimised to avoid having to use two different browser windows to properly perform certain operations. In addition, duplicate cases are an unnecessary obstacle that should be avoided as they hinder progress and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves my problem of managing multiple customer cases and data simultaneously. With this CRM system, I can reliably process all the necessary information for each individual deal in an organised format to close them efficiently.
