What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows scalable automations without a necessity of a developer. It's really good that it's enough to have an algorithmic mindeset to build powerful processes. With flow and platform events you can do a lot, whether it's optimizing a sales process or building something custom from a scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get into customization frenzy and often people do not leverage out of the box functionality. Over-customized organization is my worst nightmare. Good flow framework and scalable automations will help to curb that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows to optimize sales process and give a comprehensive overview of the pipeline. Day to day of each sales person, when we'll defined can limit the amout of apps they need to use to perform their day to day. Calls, emails, everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's one central point of true data - it's where my team can go to share insights and drive strategy as well as interact with non sales capacity personas in the organ
What do you dislike about the product?
The database style record keeping - hoping it can become more spacial and node based. - but overall it works grat for our needs

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud makes selling more streamlined for sales reps and more transparent for sales leaders. It keeps sales reps organized so they can easily move deals through the stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's up to you to keep your data clean and duplicates out of the system. Uploads to clean data can be tricky. You'll need to spend time building your instance initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our data and sales reps organized. Also gives sales leaders insight in to each deal. Sales cloud ties in to our account engagement instance to give marketing insights.

Forecast and dashboards analytics. Also flows.

Sometimes it's too slow. The reports could be more flexible

What do you like best about the product?
Very wasy to setup and addresses most basic and cruicial functionalities of any small scale business without need of any customisation
What do you dislike about the product?
It has products functionalities but too much limited when comes to go more complex structures without having cpq
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping in putting correct validations along with lead management

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy for starters. There's nothing it can't do. Perfect for clients and especially great in the staffing world. I've used it for 10 years. No complaints
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pages load to slow. But it's never that bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to look up both my clients and prospects. Very user friendly and everything is always 1 click away

What do you like best about the product?
Whether using standard resources in a small business or complex business logic in a large conglomerate, it's easy to deliver business value using the Salesforce sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce is doing a great job in the sales cloud, but there is still a lot of room to make code management and versioning more intuitive, easy and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our sales logic is within the Salesforce sales cloud and this makes everything centralized, controlled and easy to adjust. No more lost offline spreadsheets or multiple disconnected systems.

What do you like best about the product?
When leads are created by an intake team, information is easily passed to the sales team for opportunity review and updates. It gives the sales team insite into what the customer is looking for. It streamlines the sales process for easier work and better overview

I haven't found anything I don't like about sales cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards and reports that Sales Cloud allow you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally nothing to dislike, except the complexity. However this totally depends on your consulting partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, reporting, visual data at a glance - it eases my life a lot and saves my time.
