Day in and day out Business asset
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and customization that ensures it meets the revolving health care needs of organizations. Ability to pull massive amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightening is a bit slower than classic, while lightening has far better reporting and dashboard builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity and business relations tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's the ability to know that whichever GTM model I'm running, Sales Cloud can handlie it with the same innovation and integrations I need to stay on top of my teams and metrics. I started using Salesforce as a rep in 2002, and have brought it with me to multiple companies since.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a complex product that often requires heavy third party support to implement and configure. This is ok if you're used to it and plan around it, but also serves as a word of caution to new customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply, it's a single source of both quantitative and qualitative truth about my customer (and partner) facing activities. The more deeply I integrate it with other tools, the better the data becomes.
Bringing customer view together and accelerating sales
What do you like best about the product?
Bringing the customer 360 view and help manage all interactions .. the ability to manage complex sales processes including a very strong CPQ capabilities is a clear winner
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of downside . I believe the key is to look at the business process view and bringing in efficiency is key before embarking on Salesforce configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to bring the entire 360 view of all customer interactions so that the sales rep can tailor the quotes as part of the sakes processes . This view enables cross sell and up sell options

It streamlines our business and makes our sales people's lives easier

Not easy to learn for sales people as they want to be selling

Streamline functions and reporting

I like how easy it is for end users so with little or none training it will help sellers to increase their efficiency

One thing is definitely the cost, I have seen our contract it is surprising to me in the beginning

It is helping with easily managing accounts and contacts while connecting with all other platforms we are using, easy to manage and implement

Some components can be difficult to grasp the concept behind at first

It provides insight into forecasts as well as a centralized location for all our customer data

Salesforce change the way that Cielo negociate witth our clients, and improve so much the pnboarding and axtivate of our product with the sales workflow, and we are decommissioning some legacy systems and released saleaforce in Cielo.

Maps can have population of a city and data of growth revenue of the population to het better insights.

Product bundles and sincronism with service cloud.

Forecasts and revenue schedules help us to understand what products we have sold and what impact this is going to have on our cash flow and project planning over the next 12 months
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to get into specific records sometimes hampers our sales teams ability to close sales. Opportunity products can't be edited once the revenue schedules are created
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales team understand what is coming and how they can drive new sales. The assistant helps to keep the team productive and not drop any balls. Inbox helps with scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
With little to no coding experience you can get up and running in short order
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to get an overview n users permissions; it is getting better, but not quite there.
