SalesForce is robust for managing nearly all operations inside a company
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce provides a clear line of communication between parties and sets up a solid reporting structure to give details and analytics from all sides of our company's operations. I can set up reports around any sale or internal team metric aspect. For example, I need to know how many hours we are spending on certain types of projects, or how what the pipeline looks like for new sales and potential upsells.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky and unfriendly to use. However, I also use Lightning and have gotten used to the format. It is very different from the classic view. In classic, I think the reports are hard to manage, especially to analyze different scenarios (you have to go into report set up and resave with diffe3rent parameters). In Lightning, you can set up different filters for easy reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, my division wouldn't have a clear picture on leads, sales pipeline and our delivery efficiency. I can easily run reports on individual contributors or my entire team. I can also cross-reference and discover how my team compares to others.

What do you like best about the product?
My leads are kept up to date from any device which allows me to be on the go while Im able to work and navigate my pipeline. I am impressed with the speed and reliability for which Salesforce Sales Cloud offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing sub accounts under parent accounts can be somewhat difficult to navigate at first. I found that as I was integrating my lead list from Apollo, some of my imports were lost to the excess data logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up-to-date lead results allows my ADHD mind to focus on the opportunities at hand rather than letting my mind wander. Its been extremely useful in reminding me what exactly my focus was for specific blocked time.

What do you like best about the product?
UI - The new Lightning interface has been a game changer
Integration - Ability to link to most all of my communication tools (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, SalesLoft)
Insights - Access to additional data and insights associated with the Premium subscription is worth the price of admission

Mobile app - For all intents and purposes is a read-only information tool. Limited ability to update information

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us automate so many processes in the sales/pipeline side of the business. It helps us keep leads organized, unlike some other software we've used in the past for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe its interface is not very user-friendly. It looks a bit clunky and it's a bit hard to navigate. People with little experience need a lot of help to find the right option or tab they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer journey can be difficult to track without Salesforce. It helps us identify where each lead is in order to apply the proper nurturing to close the deal.
Customisable and Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a really friendly user interface which made navigating the environment really easy and allowed me to maximise productivity as I didn't need to hunt around for things. The Analytics and Reporting that are built in are incredibly powerful and extensive giving the business a great oversight on sales performance in key areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have a technical background I could imagine Salesforce to be quite intimidating to use and some users do require training on how to use it correctly, it can also be very pricey for small to medium size businesses so you have to make sure it's the right tool for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many clients we worked with on other projects and when the company started to make it's own software and sell it to these existing clients it was a great tool to manage engagement, interest and for us as a CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps the sales organization to maintain their Customer data & prospects, Derive call reports. Maintain calendar. Tool is customizable, Track & Store the customer relevant data.
What do you dislike about the product?
High price to implement software and add-ons. Complicated workflows. Customer service is bad- no response when required. Too many duplicate data's. Auto Id Creation.

Helps to retrieve old data and reports. update day- to-day call reports. Maintain customer orders and Targets of sales team. Managers can takeentire report from the tool for reviews

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful CRM tool which is results as a solution helps in our compnay effective sales, and my team customer tracking

It is a bit expensive software and requires a proper training for a person to execute.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is *THE* CRM platform for established businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
90%+ of the salespeople I met, have used Salesforce in the past, so generally, it has a shallow learning curve when onboarding new reps. If you have the right Salesforce admin team, it can be customized to meet and mirror your exact sales process. Because it's the market-leading CRM platform, almost every other sales and marketing tool offers a direct integration with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look&feel is from 2015, there are definitely more modern and streamlined solutions out there. If you use the default reporting and dashboarding functionality, and not Tablueau/Einstein, the dashboards can be quite limited and hard to use. Without a dedicated technical implementation team, and ideally multiple admins, it's almost impossible to set it up and use it out of the box, so for smaller or new startups it's not really an option without making a sizeable investment into setup and maintanance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce as our CRM platform, both for lead and opportunity management. It is a system of record for our sales team, helping reps manage their leads and opportunities based on the defined sales process, and offers visibility to sales management into their sales pipeline, so they can make data-driven decisions to close more deals faster.

Contact Solutions for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of the contact information for the tenants and the tenants' tenants in my offices. We manage high-rise and mid-rise buildings and have many people inside each unit; this helps us separate the people on our lease from those who work for them. It's nice to have a way to see that contact info without having it bogging down our system, which already has enough going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how long it took me to get access to it, what the heck is the process on the back end for gaining access and why does it take so long?! This goes for me and others I work with, it took us all forever to get the verification to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a place we have all the contact information for all the tenants and sub-tenants for each and every office and building we manage, (which is A LOT) it keeps this separate from our normal leasing and allows us to see the analytics for our offices and buidings.
