Very configurable! Easy for business users
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration and business tools as well as reports and dashboards. I like Salesforce flow and invocable actions too, to call APIs. Finally the ability to build your own components and apps is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike. Can be a little expensive but only if you're not using it to its full capability. Can be overwhelming to start with on options but the education helps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking, forecasts, account mapping, sales management, delivery engagement tooling. Making the sales team productive and good visibility to the teams.

Extremely easy to pick up for all levels of our team. Low-no code solutions allow for a quick uptick

People fear "salesforce" as being too large a program/daunting to learn

Salesforce Sales Cloud leading the way
What do you like best about the product?
The power of Salesforce Sales Cloud for sales team is, in my opinion, 2nd to none. No system is perfect but with this solution the seemless management of a sales pipeline and managing accounts supported by the data rich reporting capabilities Sales Cloud supports the sales function from end to end. What further puts Salesforce ahead is the power of Data Cloud and AI which is enabled through the new Copilot Studio
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little not to like about Salesforce Sales Cloud but if I were to be hyper critical is the lack of native dynamic org charts that can be used to visualize an overview of an account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables our sales team effectively manage their pipeline but over and above that it's gives a view to all stakeholders internally (executives and delivery leads) of the opportunities and their statuses so that finances and project resources can be forecast proactively and accurately

Salescloud lead management helping our agents to automatically assign and work

Quite happy , no complaince yet. May be artificial intelligence on Salescloud can help with dealing opportunities better

Solving lead management and helping agents in dealing and closing effectively
A cleaning complicated but beautiful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize everything. Also the connectivity with 3rd party vendors is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is an issue, it can be very hard to detect. Sometimes the feature logic doesn't quite click.

It's keeping our data organized and actionable. It also allows us to create validation rules on data entry.

Licenses cost quite a lot for general users

It's very fast and intuitive, I recommend it 100%

It's a little expensive so some small businesses can't subscribe with it.

The automations are great. Out of the box low code functionality is amazing for all!! Einstein Activity Capture has saved hours of logging emails.

There is so much new stuff coming out every release that it gets overwhelming.
