Salesforce Sales quality tool for account management and user engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales is very user friendly. All accounts and users are viewable in one easy platform. I use it daily to review events, tasks and email engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales makes it easy to accidentally create a duplicate user account. Reviewing and removing those accounts is very cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales helps our team stay organized and in top of accounts management.

Accessing profiles and stats made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales dialler makes accessing the accounts and their stats very easy and updating the activities and multiple data is real smooth. I find other platforms a bit complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could make the activity logging a bit smoother. I liked the older system better, where we could complete the process sooner. The newer process is a bit more time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing multiple accounts and their data is something Salesforce has effectively managed to do and it makes my process smoother and faster so that I can reach out multiple accounts in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly the tasks and the follow-ups it will give reminders on time and easy to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As up nothing i find dislike, so as up now no dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will give me all my follow ups reminders on time so that i can connect the client close my sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it brings cross-functional teams together to achieve key business objectives in many areas such as lead generation, tracking new opportunities, retaining customers etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration and administration seem rather complex for organisations with multiple m&a entities. The turnaround time for granting access and special privileges to specific functions and reports seems lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, Sales Cloud provides us with a complete view of our sales pipeline, including sales forecasts, sales stages, and deal amounts. This helps us better understand our sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Useful CRM - classic

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is almost incumbent in SaaS and Cloud Solutions Sales. Everyone complains about it not being clean but have you ever seen a 100% clean CRM? The chatter function is great / reporting is excellent and you can find a lot in your CRM if you know how to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary complexity while creating dashboards. Plus some tools require *in our case* a lot of approvals but this will depend on your customized setup. The gist is you can't avoid CRM so use the best you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of our sales opportunities, and prospecting activities. I love that it has direct integration with our sales engagement platform, Salesloft - the least amount of time I need to use Excel, the better.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience and the comfortability to work on a smoother base there is an excellent mode to operate the general updates are good, and I like the overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little outdated, and the crash that happens in between on top of that some times it's dificult to manage the log inn, and some of the filters will not work

I can work from any were in the world , the remort work option is really good thank you for that this is realy convinent the the smooth flow is good and direct call

Easy to learn and quick to use

What do you like best about the product?
The user will have complete access on each and every stage of the lead and will be able to track easily. Salesforce integration with other 3rd party software works seamlessly. For presentations, we can use tableau reports directly from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues with the Salesforce Sales cloud. Consecutive refreshes on the dashboard page are not available. On rare occasions, the server works slowly. But Overall had a good experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete tracking and accountability of leads available in the system. Easily able to manage and analyze the Sales reports and track the performance and conversion rates of the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple CRMs, but salesforce is the best CRM I have come across. Its user- friendly and easy to use. I can easily track the lead status and create multiple filters according to need. Salesforce has made it easy to track the lead status and follow up efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platforms sometimes lag, and it takes some time for them to get back online. Other than that, I don't see any significant flaws with the platform. It would be great if salesforce were more optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helped me to track my leads and to do timely follow-ups. Also, I can create multiple reports, which allows me to improve my efficiency and make more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make my own reports and that reports can be shared with others easily. Using the integration between SalesForce and SalesLoft makes my day-to-day tasks much easier, as I can import accounts that need to be worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the filters are not working properly, or hard too hard to use. it does take some time to get it right and useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has become our "single source of truth" across our organization. Having one place for all accounts where everyone can look at accounts and see past activity has been very useful. We track who the account belongs to, meaning we can easily find the correct person to take over the account and its needs. It's also being used as a tracking tool, tacking call numbers, sales numbers, emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage your lead without any written notes.
The notification system will remind you what to do and how to do it.
Even pie charts will show a mirror how much we need to work to accomplish a particular target
What do you dislike about the product?
It is having many functions at once, which can sometimes confuse what to do. Efficiency is decreased when the page is loading. Because of multiple facilities it make systems slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage the leads efficiently, Sometimes work gets doubled, but salesforce manages every schedule effectively where we can easily shortlist the priority at once.
